We moved into our new Witham home at the Wellington Gardens development this week and couldn't be happier. We love our new home and Zoe at the development has been fantastic. We viewed the show home and our future new home a few times, bringing the kids, parents and in laws and it was never too much trouble. Good communication throughout and it has genuinely been a really smooth process. We have met the assistant site manager and a few more of the team and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming to the new development. We have our 7 day follow up coming up and we have found so little fault with the property, the build quality has been exceptional. Was a pleasure buying from Abbey and big thanks to Zoe for making it such an easy, well informed process. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Moved into my new Abbey home yesterday. Build quality appears very good. Zoe and Heather are excellent ambassadors for this company. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond especially Heather who made certain l beat the stamp duty change by relentlessly chasing up the property chain, without her the sale and purchase process would still be going on. Cannot recommend Abbey homes enough.

I recently purchased a new build property through Abbey New Homes, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, Barbara and Nev provided regular updates, ensuring I was always in the loop. I really appreciated the opportunity to visit the site whenever I wanted; it made the journey feel more personal and exciting.

Move-in day was faultless, thanks to the exceptional communication from the team. There was even a bow on the front door, which was a thoughtful touch. As this was my first solo property purchase, the support and helpfulness of the New Abbey Homes team made the experience much easier and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Since buying a new build property from Abbey Home we have had endless problems which are still unresolved. Once again we have drains blocking from the downstairs toilet. The drain has been dug up and relayed but they are still blocking on a regular basis
You call what Abbey home call their customer care, more like customer we don’t care department as you simply do not get help.
I would definitely not recommend Abbey home as we have been having problems for over three years , and now being ignored .

You have a been a star, can’t thank you enough for being so helpful in sorting out a couple of issues we have had. Emails were replied to almost immediately and the issues were also addressed very quickly, and every step of the way emails were sent updating us on the progress. Well done Angela and well done Abbey!!!!

It was an absolutely disgraceful experience. I would not buy a home from Abbey Homes. Poor management, poor quality of materials, always cutting corners and awful customer care. Please avoid!

Don’t use Abbey Homes. Poor quality of materials, squeaky floorings, staircases not level, sloppy garden, guttering not connected to drainage system, trying to get away with things all the time and cutting corners. Customer care very poor.

I recently purchased a new home at Havilland Park with Abbey New Homes and the experience has been fantastic! I have been looked after every step of the way. The team have gone above and beyond from start to finish, ensuring I am happy and settled in my new home, which has been greatly appreciated.
I would like to give a particular mention to Gill, the sales executive, who was extremely helpful dealing with everything leading up to the successful completion, and to Dean, the site manager, for a seamless handover and very efficiently sorting any snagging requirements and being on hand to assist - nothing has been too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Abbey New Homes!

I recently purchased my second home with Abbey New Homes, and the experience has been awesome. Right from the start when I consulted with Marina, James and Amy, I've had lots of support and everyone has been so helpful, guiding me through every step of the house buying process and ensuring everything went according to plan with the completion date not long to go

Absolutely appalling customer service, still waiting for issues to be resolved we moved in 6 years ago and still have unresolved issues. Constantly told someone will contact you and then never hear a thing.

I recently purchased my first home with Abbey New Homes, and the experience has been fantastic! Curtis and Michelle have been helpful, guiding me through every step of the process and ensuring everything went smoothly.

We bought a two bedroom flat in August and have been very pleased with the people who have gone above and beyond to sort out the snags which always surface in a new build.

Love my new home in Artemis Gardens, plot 42, Sholden. Kate and Zoe made the process very easy after a rather stressful failed house purchase- always accommodating. Site agents Pat and Nick responded to my queries and issues without hesitation. Couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Thank you.

I purchased Plot 111 on 31st July 2024 after a particularly stressful legal process. Both Heather and Shirley in Sales were extremely helpful dealing with all the complications leading to a succesful completion.
The hand over process and initial snagging were very efficiently carried out by Simon, the Assistant Site Manager.
I can't praise Simon enough for all the help and assistance he has provided in making sure that I am happy in my new Home. He is always contactable by phone or message and acts on any queries promptly.
Overall, the fit and finish of this Abbey New Home is excellent and I hope to enjoy many years living here.

Been having a leek in one of the rooms of a new built for more than a year. After tons of email they still didn’t fix it and the ceiling is about to collapse.
Avoid as much as possible Abbey.

Best value for money on the new homes market. From start to finish it was a lovely experience, even the after care has been great. Dean who has been looking after us since we moved in has been a pleasure to deal with. He paid great attention to detail to our family, even bought his land-rover around so my 4 year old son could sit in it. Really went the extra mile. Everything thing was included in the price, so no extra charges for ‘extras’ as most other building companies do. Also Michelle in the sales office couldn’t do enough for us and made it a stress free experience. Thank you to all involved.

My son and his partner recentley purchased an Abbey property from Arcadia Park in Berryfields.
Barbara and Danielle in the sales team were fantastic and were always helpful and pleasant to deal with and any queries were always dealt with promptly.
Nev and Ian the site managers have also been fantastic and gone above and beyond to help. Its also been very helpful that they are still on site and they check in with my son and his partner to make sure everything is ok.
A big thank you to all of the above Abbey team.
