Easy to book and good availability of appointments. Staff friendly and professional.

Great service. Staff is welcoming.

I'll start by saying that we had a BRILLIANT experience in the Motherwell clinic. We were booked in for a Saturday morning to have the Moviestar 4D scan. Nicola came and welcomed us at the door and brought us along to the clinic. Susan then took us for the scan. The room was cosy and welcoming! One slightly stubborn baby later - we got the most amazing pictures and short clips of our wee one in the womb. Susan took the time to explain what was going on and went through all our checks, taking the time to explain everything really clearly. We were really happy with how the scan went.

The next part baffled me though. I knew when I booked the package that the description said you'd receive a DVD - which at the time I thought was maybe just the website needing a wee update, because let's be honest, who's using DVDs now?! But no - it was indeed a DVD I would take home (I don't even have a DVD player!). Susan had to pass on our pics and video to Nicola on reception on a USB stick, who was then expected to burn the media onto a DVD??? Low and behold the images would not transfer to the DVD and I was sitting waiting for over half an hour whilst poor Nicola was trying to get this to burn! Nicola ended up having to give me the files on a USB - which 100% suited me!

In 2022 it's a bit weird to only offer the takeaway files as a DVD - get with the time's guys :D

Staff where nice but giving how much this cost my wife was very disappointed with the outcome! The video footage of our baby was not clear at all, the footage on the USB stick was not clear and trying to transfer the file to a Samsung note 9 did not work I had to download other software on to my pc and my phone and still couldn't transfer the file was also very disappointing I ended up using my phones screen record so I could send to all the family through WhatsApp just very complicated and then the glossy photos where also disappointing we asked ourselves why did they even send some of these blobby looking photos that looked nothing like a baby?, once again for the money they charge just very disappointing but I suppose you learn through mistake!. In the future we won't be using them again.

Received a warm welcome when we went into the building. Had a short wait before going into the room to get my scan. The woman who done my scan was very friendly & made me feel at ease, had no issues at all.

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff from the second I arrived. Very calm atmosphere. A beautiful experience.

We had an early scan, gender scan and 4d at the ayr clinic and loved every single one. We were so glad to have had an early scan as it just felt so much more personal, couldn't recommend any higher. Fantastic experience

I have used the clinic 4 times since falling pregnant I would come every week if my partner let me. I came at 6 weeks for a reassurance scan since Covid Midwife appointments are abit non existent so wanted to confirm everything was ok, I then came at 12 weeks , & then we came at 18 weeks to find out the gender and then we came at 32 weeks for a 4D movie star scan now that was amazing!! Staff are absolutely amazing so welcoming highly recommend !

Made to feel welcome everytime and the staff are lovely! Would highly recommend this place!
The room for the scan has mood lighting and makes you feel instantly relaxed as well.

Lady who scanned me rushed me and my family out to go to lunch with her husband. Scan didn’t last 10 mins. Low quality pictures and the same picture printed 5 times. Have been in the past and had a great experience but was particularly disappointed this day.

We had a really pleasant experience with ABC4D Ayr - the staff were lovely and the whole process was very calm and reassuring (particularly helpful for easing the early weeks nerves!). Would definitely book future scans with them.

Very nice staff very gentle with the scan and very clean and nice place and very polite and following covid Gide lines and are offering mask if you don’t have one very nice I recommend you go for your scan like I did.
