Failed to reply
Failed to reply to 2 e-mails, an on-line message form and a message left with staff for a manager. Can hardly trust them with my medicines.

You live n learn ! Simply avoid this company, the doorbell, when arrived, simply wasn't suitable for my needs, totally unused, still boxed, all instructions followed to exercise the 90 day returns policy, and that, my friends, is where you realise that you can kiss goodbye to your 109 quid, or whatever you paid ! I will hunt this company down, like a wounded animal, to get some kinda recompense.
Awful Criminal service
Awful service! They canceled on me a week before because they decided they would stop the testing on a Sunday. Said I'd get a refund for 4 tests! Which isn't cheap over £300 and can't get hold of anyone now! No contact and no refund! Absolute criminals!

I am a purchaser of a PCR test at the T5 facility, I am disappointed that if you cancel your test for whatever reason you will not receive a refund or part refund. This just seems poor practice. Your staff point out that it's in your T&Cs but come on it's buried, please be a little more honest with people when they book. Your reputation should mean a lot to you but obviously that's not your thinking. It might be what you say but it's what you do that counts.

I paid for a pcr test with results in 4 hours .When the email confirmation came through it said it was a day 2 test with results the following day.I phoned them up and they stated that this was an old email relating to old rules. Very Confusing.
At the Sofitel the process was easy however after 4 hours no test results were received.I tried to call all the available numbers but the message was the office is closed.Someone will call you.No one ever called me.
The next day I went back to where the test had been carried out and they advised me it was my fault.They stated I had not pressed the send button on the app.
I pointed out no messages were received that I had not completed the process.No messages were received to say I had missed an appointment for the test.There was no discussion with the one halo staff member manning the office about the protocols involved in ensuring the halo app had been used properly .She merely handed me the test kit and took it back.
I had a sleepless night and organised a test with a competitor these results came through smoothly.
I eventually got the results from halo but the stress factor and lack of human support empathy ruined my day.
Of course I must bear some responsibility but if the companies software had alerted me or had there been minimum pro activity rather than just processing data the situation would not have arisen

DO NOT USE - UNSUPERVISED TESTS
When going through the booking process they do not state at any point it is an unwitnessed test and just a collection service. This is found when you dive into the FAQ section but instead of making this clear when you go through the booking process, they leave the detail out so once you have purchased you are told it cannot be refunded as you have a 'validation code' which is sent the second you order. Snakey company with poor morals conning people, avoid at all costs.

Dishonest selling of LFT tests
Halo verify sold me two LFT tests, which I needed to fly to the USA. Only after I had bought them did they tell me they were not witnessed tests (which they must be for USA travel) and therefore I contacted Customer Services for a refund, which they completely ignored. I booked instead with Expresstest who provided efficient witnessed LFT tests.

Be aware of this company's accuracy!
I have been very unwell since last Friday with covid symptoms and have tested positive for covid with home antigen test. Halo Verify PCR result came back as negative today, so I took another home antigen test to check and it is positive again. It has to be said, that I strongly question Halo Verify testing reliability! Wasted £70

Not being very tech adept i encountered several problems when trying to obtain an antigen travel certificate. Brioni could not have been more helpful. She was patient and friendly and reassured me every step of the way. She is a huge asset to Halo and I cannot adequately express my thanks to her.

Very supportive customer service
We ordered saliva tests, unfortunatly the order didnt go through the system properly so they didnt get sent on time and due to a bank holiday became problematic to do it all in time for our trip. However we had excellent support from Brioni in customer services, she stayed with us all the way until a positive outcome was assured. After numerous phone calls back and forth she managed to arrange a courier that could get our tests to us and back to the lab in the time needed. In an age when its a challenge to even 'find' phone contact details for online companies let alone actually speak to someone, this experience was really appreciated.

Refused to refund unused tests
When we cancelled our trip due to positive NHS covid test, they refused to refund. We gave them 9 days notice.
These tests are not covered by travel insurance either.

Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt support.
I was organising a test for a family member as they are very busy. A lot of odd queries came up and I used the chat facility, phone and email for different points. Everyone I dealt with was kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Also there was never a long wait to be dealt with. I was very satisfied with the support staff at Halo.

Unhelpful customer service and no refund
I spoke to Connor regarding a Lateral Flow test before purchasing the test informing him when and where I would be travelling to. At no point did he tell me the test would be unsupervised and that he did not have a clue what the entry requirements were for the country I was travelling to until I spoke to him again two days after I had purchased the test and the email sent stated the test was unsupervised. No refund can be given once you have been given a booking reference number which is provided immediately after purchase.
I advise everyone read all FAQs before purchase, especially if booking at the Heathrow T5 testing site as the information is not given before you purchase and the website gives the impression all tests will be done by a professional. Very disappointed.

Booked a Lamp test for the USA
Booked a Lamp test for the USA, unfortunately I caught covid prior to departure. Phoned the company to see if the test would be ok to take as travelling about a month later, was told that it might or might not show a positive result as less than 90 days since getting covid. Their advice was turn up and see if it's positive or not.
Tried to get a refund to cancel but they state that they have issued a code and cannot refund. The code was the booking reference which comes through straight away when you book the test.
Will not be using this company again, poor information given by CS and poor customer service policy. Other testing companies manage to give refunds as long as notice is given.
Edit - supplied contact details as requested but no further contact from them.

Certificate incorrect due to halo agent error
Rated 1 initially but increased this as someone from the Lab actually helped at 10pm through the email contact, i was impressed. Original review: We just took a test, and the halo agent at Sofitel Heathrow filled in the information for us (not sure why they did that) but entered the wrong name. As a result we have a certificate in the wrong name. Our flight is v early tomorrow and we cannot contact anyone at Halo. :(
