I found it very easy to use the whole process was easy. and they gave the recommended cover and also advised on the other covers they provided as well and what they covered so they made it so much easier. Would definitely use again.

Claim settled quickly and efficiently
We had to cancel our holiday after a medical issue prevented one of us from flying. Our claim was settled quickly and simply after a phone call with a very helpful and well-informed member of staff. I would, and indeed have, recommended ABTA insurance to friends and family.

Ease of access by telephone and nice salesperson. Bit slow though in sending out a postal copy of my single trip travel insurance. I go on holiday in a few days and not received it yet. You should be sending it out by 1st class post
