H Χειρότερη εταιρία .... ever. Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει αξιολόγηση με 0 αστεράκι… ή και μείον
Με πηρε τηλεφωνο ο κουριερ και μου το εκλεισε στα μουτρα πριν καν μιλησουμε για την παραδωση και μετα εβγαλε οτι ημουν απων πράγμα που γίνεται κατ εξακολούθηση .....

Ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν υπάρχει λιγότερο. Το πακέτο μου είναι "κάπου εδώ και δέκα μέρες. Σήμερα θα με έπαιρνε η κα Γεωργίου- που έχει αναλάβει "την υπόθεση μου". Μάλλον ακόμα μαθαίνει πως χρησιμοποιείται το τηλέφωνο γιατί ακόμα να με πάρει. Η acs Κεφαλλονιάς δεν ειδοποιεί ποτέ, ο κος Κώστας είναι αγενής, ειρωνικός και κακός επαγγελματίας. Στα κεντρικά δεν τους νοιάζει. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ από αυτή την εταιρεία αν θέλετε τα προϊόντα σας στην ώρα σας.

Απαράδεκτος ο διανομέας που κάνει τις παραδόσεις Ρόδο Μαλωνα είναι αγενεστατος. Δε θα παραλάβω την τροφή της γατούλας μου εξαιτίας του.
Ο κωδικός του πακέτου μου είναι αυτός. Δε θέλω να ξαναδώ τον συγκεκριμένο μεταφορέα.

DO NOT USE! Our package was supposed to arrive on Saturday. We went ti pick it up right before closing time on Saturday and were told it wasn’t even close to being delivered. The clerk said, with no sign of compassion or concern, “Maybe Monday?” For us, Monday might as well be next year. We will be thousands of miles away by Monday. So we forfeit the value of the contents of the package. So infuriating!!!!!! We should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews of ACS before entrusting them with our shipping needs.

Με κλείσανε μέσα όλη μέρα και δεν ήρθαν ποτέ.μετα ήρθε μήνυμα ότι η αποστολή μου είναι σε ένα locker.. τους πήρα τηλέφωνο δεν γνωρίζουν γιατί συνέβει αυτό. Ποιος γνωρίζει?

Wie ich herausgefunden habe, ist das Paket bereits an seinem Bestimmungsort in Griechenland, 72200 Ierapetra, im Store von ACS.
Ich rief dort an und die sagten mir, dass das Paket keine Adresse habe und sie es daher nicht zustellen könnten. Aber ich habe ein Foto aus Deutschland vom Paket bekommen, wo die Adresse und Telefonnummern auf dem Paket stehen.
Das haben sie schon mehrmals gemacht.
ACS macht also seinen Job nicht. Sind sie zu faul, die Pakete auszuliefern? Sie kassieren das Geld und das wars.
Das Paket habe ich vor ca. 60 Minuten abgeholt.
Der Filialleiter teilte mir mit, dass ihn die Adressetiketten von DHL und das angeschrieben Paket mit meinem Namen und Adresse nicht interessiert. Er schaue sich nur den Sticker von ACS auf der Seite des Paketes an. Dort stehe keine Adresse. Aber oben auf dem Paket ist doch die Adresse und die Telefonnummern. Und dies mehrfach. Das interessiere ihn überhaupt nicht. Darum müsste er sich nicht kümmern. Es sei sowieso eine sehr günstige Dienstleistung von ACS für DHL. Diese bezahlen sehr wenig dafür. Ich teilte ihm mit, ich habe €29,95 bezahlt und wenn ACS den Job annimmt, muss er auch ausgeführt werden. Es sei mir egal wieviel sie dafür bezahlt bekommen. Sie müssten es ja nicht machen, wenn ACS dies nicht möchte.
Eine solche Einstellung habe ich selten kennengelernt.
Ich behalte mir vor, weitere Schritte einzuleiten und hoffe, dass DHL den ACS Betrieb dazu motivieren kann, entweder den Paketdienst zu beenden oder ihren Job richtig zu machen.
Ich hatte einen Zeugen dabei!

As I found out, that the Parcel is already at its destination in Greece, 72200 Ierapetra at the Store of ACS.
I phoned them and they told me, that the Parcel has no Adress, so they can not deliver it. But I got a photo from Germany from the Parcel where there is the Adress and telefonnumbers on the Parcel.
They did this already several times.
So ACS does not do their job. Are they to lazy to deliver the parcels? They collect the money and thats it.
DHL should controll ACS and fix this Problem.
I had a person with me to testify this situation.

Not only they never answer to your phone calls, but even worse, if you are unfortunate to be away on holidays and you cannot receive your package in a weeks time, they send it back to China. I even went to their local store and their representative told me that not even him can talk to them on the phone. The most frustrating is that I was waiting on the call line for half an hour and they suddenly hang up the line.

This company practice how to make your life miserable! First on tracker my package was in Larissa sitting 7 days. Then when we called them to check uo what is happening why no one delivers it, they fliped us from one office to another , both saying the same thing that they are not the ones responsible. When my husband got angry and determined towards them and say the value of package is around 2000 euros then they changed story and say that package never came to Larisa and they need to investigate where is it and they will call us back. Then after no one called us for 48 hours , we again made call and they said our package is lost and when they find the package they will call us. After 24 hours we gor message that our package will be delivered to us today between 12-14 o clock. No one came. We called again and woman told
Us that delivery guy couldn’t find address on package in navigation app . So he claimed as unknown address and we need to come for our package ourself Monday . So why the hell my mother payed extra 20 euros fast delivery to a house door ? Its just unbelievable how this is passing. So no one cares ? They do what ever they want. So many bad reviews and still they are not fixing their customer service. So low and disgraceful! Shame on you all !

I received a message that my parcel could not be delivered because I was absent at the exact time that I was home waiting for my package. They told me that the driver called me when there was no call registered on my phone. They told me to call the central offices who hang up on me after 10 minutes waiting.
Abominable service and would hope people/companies avoid paying them money to do something they don't do. As a previous reviewer said, they should shut down!!!!

My parcel of more than 30 kg and a value of more than eu 600 was without my knowlege in the hands of a near fuel station for ten days. After that I got a call from the driver demanding me to pick it up. Normally with other couriers the can bring it to my doorstep.

Very bad service, they dont even call you to bring your items sending messages that they couldnt find you.

I receive large packages containing food and litter for my cats once a month from abroad. However, the delivery process with ACS Courier turns a simple delivery into a nightmare. Almost never have they managed to deliver a package without causing a problem.

Yesterday, for example, I received a message that my package would be delivered between 7 and 9 PM. I waited, but the package never arrived. Check Tracking Number 3833071863. On other occasions, I wait for the package to be delivered only to suddenly receive a message saying I was not home and the delivery was not completed, even though I was home and waiting.

I have made numerous complaints, but I have never received a response. Therefore, I believe the only solution is for this company to shut down so it stops deceiving its customers.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with these types of things and I hope someone from there reads this review. They literally kept me waiting for so many days and I called them and they literally told me to wait cuz it’s still on their basement. It was supposed to arrive TODAY. It had a limit from 29th to 31th to arrive and it’s 31th of July and it hasn’t arrived yet because it’s still on their basement. I need my package today and they’re making me wait way more than the limit and it’s making me lose it. I’ve waited and waited and now I’ve finally lost it. I want my package and I don’t have it. I’m so sorry for saying this but I’m extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with ur services.

Worst "Courier"-service in the world. Just accepted reality by everyone on the island of Corfu that these useless and incompetent swindlers just never actually deliver the packages and just without any notification expect you to go and pick up the packages yourself. Packages are publicly stored in little cages on a main street in 40 degree Celsius boiling heat. This is the opposite of a postal/courier service. It's a poorly managed storage service with unfriendly and incompetent staff.

Another useless courier company in Cyprus that cannot comprehend that when the delivery has a date and time of delivery,it should be delivered that specific day ,I ordered something from the internet for my wife's birthday and the due day for delivery was passed for a couple of days ,I was empty handed for my wife's birthday,thanks to acs courier ,if you cannot reach to deliver ,sell kebabs and try your luck if you are good for it

I am referring to the branch in Corfu Town GR, its a courier company that just wont deliver, you just have to go by your self drive approx 40min outside the town center and stand in a long queue under the hot summer sun to pick up your order *which of course have paid to be delivered to you.. 6 Days and counting till I get my order

I cannot believe how quickly professionally and efficiently ACS courier handled our shipment back to the US. Also, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet

Xristina Nanadaki in Chania main ACS office made a miracle happen and got my e book /kindle back from Lost and Found at Athens airport .With the help of ACS courier Alexandros they went beyond ordinary duty after 2 attempts got the right e book delivered to Chania .Xristina Nanadaki was wonderful and kept me informed .Congratulations ACS for a magnificent job!Well done and Thankyou !5 stars

Useless company, useless drivers. Unorganised and don't know where packages are. My 1200 euro laptop is kept in their delivery vans over night and the courier is driving it around the city over 3 days for no reason. When i tell them i want to come pick it up myself they take 3 days just to take it to one of their useless shops. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
