Acumen Estates were beyond wonderful in the sale of my house. As a landlord, I needed to sell a property but I had certain conditions that I needed met to ensure my tenant was looked after in the process. John was very down to earth and transparent. He explained what was possible and what wasn't. And Jackie is absolutely wonderful!! She kept me up to date at every stage and liaised with the buyer and my solicitors for me, which meant a quick sale where everyone was happy.

I would 100% use Acumen again to either buy or sell a house.

Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money,
They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings
I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

Have to say that the sale of my property has been dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Ellie Fowler was excellent and I do sincerely hope Acumen estate agents know just what an asset Ellie is to their company.
Ellie never failed to communicate in a professional and timely manner with myself. Often going above and beyond to reassure me that the sale of my property would be completed in a timely manner. It opened my eyes to the stressful environment working in an estate agents could potentially be when they have to keep the links of the chain in order whilst solicitors potentially neglect their own duties leaving the buyer / seller bemused as to how an earth the matter will ever be concluded. Ellie was there for me whenever I needed that re- assurance and I cannot thank her enough. ThankYou ThankYou ThankYou. It’s five stars from me and I would not hesitate to use the services of Acumen estate agents again in the future.

Acumen Estates found a buyer for my property very quickly and kept me updated with progress throughout the sale. Excellent communication and their fees are very reasonable. A friendly and efficient company to deal with.

0 stars should be an option despite evidence showing the person I shared a property with not contributing to the deposit or ANY bills PAULA CHRIST decided to discriminate against me with evidence showing that Lia HILLS didn't pay a bill EVER yet this woman is assisting an abuser to financially abuse her ex house mate

Phoned yesterday to enquire about 3 properties for sale, didn’t even make it to the third address to be rudely told to put it all in a email and the phone put down on me. Shocking customer service!
