On both occasions the response was super quick and my problems were resolved. The bed is well made, good quality and custom made. My problem yesterday was resolved by Paige and she couldn't have been more helpful

I have been looking online for an adjustable bed for a few weeks. I inadvertently contacted The Adjustable Bed Factory twice. I received a phone call from them to say that I had already contacted them last month, for which I apologised. The lady then went on to try and get me to have a home demonstration again, which í said I didn't want, thank you. She got quite rude (I thought) at this point and was saying that she didn't understand why I'd contacted them again if I didn't want the home demo. I explained that I've looked at lots of websites and had obviously got muddled (there are several with similar names ie. The adjustable bed factory, the adjustable bed company, Better bed company....). She asked if I was looking to go to shops and try beds? I replied that yes, I was, to which she replied that, in that case, she really didn't understand why I wouldn't have a home demo which was the same thing, but in my house?
I am a single, disabled lady with valid reasons why I don't want someone coming to my home, which I don't feel I should have to share with a call centre handler. A polite "No thank you" should be enough! She was, however, not going to take no for an answer.
I am a very considerate and polite lady, but I ended up having to cut the call because she wouldn't stop questioning me. I felt very guilty for doing so, but I was not being heard. Her manner was not proportionate to someone accidentally filling in their online request for a brochure form twice! That is exactly what I requested....a brochure. Not an in-home demonstration!
I can see that many people have had a positive interaction with this company, but mine, unfortunately was not.
If these companies refuse to put their prices on their websites (which I fail to understand, if their home demonstrations are without obligation to buy), or even a ballpark figure if they're customisable, then people will, I'm sure, make the same mistake as I did, of contacting them twice.
This lady's customer service/ manner left a lot to be desired.

Our experience of purchasing furniture…
Our experience of purchasing furniture from Adjustable Bed Company was excellent. From their reps advising on the right furniture for my husband’s needs, through to delivery and construction of both an adjustable bed and armchair, they are very professional and efficient.
We had some additional requirements which were dealt with in a timely manner by the scheduling team. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and a credit to the company.
We are very happy with our purchases from the Adustable Bed Company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
