Explained everything I needed to know. Demonstrated a recliner chair that I sat in & used controls, showed me additional products that could be added to the chair if I wished. Showed me several books of swatches & I chose the material & colour I liked. Measured so the chair I chose fitted me properly & comfortable.
I have ordered & now looking forward to hear when it is made & ready for delivery. The salesman was excellent 👍 & very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Our original review was for the setting up of the bed only.
The actual purchase, well we only wanted a price at first, but when we got that we said no way could we afford, but as the price came down so did the quality, not comfortable at all, we still haven't got the omitted headboard although apparently on order, not impressed.

The consulted me regarding bed positioning and explained fully the mechanics.
I was also sold a mattress cover and maintenance kit for cleaning and preserving my purchase.

An experience of luxury for my decreasing years!
Started with a set back on original arrival as heating unit wasn’t working. It went back to the factory. The Company were able to reschedule the delivery the following week.
Our Fitter was very quick, efficient and friendly. The chair was in action very quickly.
The chair felt immediately comfortable, so Craig the Salesman did his job well too.
The workings of the chair were well explained by the fitter.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Disappointing service.
Living in Cornwall means engineer visits for repairs are infrequent.
My new chair stopped working and needed a new control box.
I managed to book an appointment and was promised a call in advance giving me a 2 hour slot the day before. This did not happen, so I called the office. They promised to look into it and call me back. Nothing happened, so, after lunchtime I rang again. They claimed that I had been messaged which I had not. They eventually arrived after 3 pm. I had got up early in case they came early morning, and missed an outing with friends to wait in.

Excellent experience. The engineers arrived when they said they would. The new bed was installed quickly and efficiently and the old bed removed as requested. The engineer showed us how the bed operated and explained there was a battery backup in case of a power failure. The bed appeared to be of good quality and looked very smart when bedding was put on. The engineers were pleasant and helpful. 10/10.

Why my experience was great is because the two men were very perlite hard working and Dean and Neil tuck the time to clean up the bit of mess that they did make I would definitely have no hesitate on giving them both top marks and again.

The salesman was very helpful and the choice of fabric really good. The two engineers who delivered it were very efficient and helpful. They rang me before they came and were on time. The finished chair is excellent and the leather quality very good-very well satisfied.
