This company is horrible, buyer beware.

I purchased the front and rear advanblack protek engine guard and saddlebag guard. After getting them installed the technician and I noticed the read saddlebad guards were bent. I reached out to customer service who was willing to send me out a replacement. I paid $600.00 to get them installed, and would need to pay another $300.00 to get the damaged ones removed and the replacement installed. I asked for a refund for the rear crash bar to assist with the amount I paid for installation which is lower than the actual cost of the crash bar $450.00 They offered a measely $100.00 to offset a $600.00 install for the rear crashbar, not including time and gas? How is this the customers fault for receiving a damaged crash bar from the manufacturer?

I bought bags for my 16 street glide had a little accident took my bags to the paint shop first thing he asked me was who painted my bags I said brand new from Advanblack he said these bags been painted on top of the pinstripes these bags been repainted he said they not new

Crappy service

I have a 2025 road glide. I ordered lower fairings for it and when I put them own they were 1/4 out of line. So when I called made a claim and sent pictures where the metal is bent from the heat when it was welded. They told me all parts are in the mail, 2 weeks later I call and they forgot to mail them and I’ll call u back later today for Monday. Well it’s Monday afternoon and I done called and left messages no body has contacted me still. I wish I would’ve got this product from a different company. I would give them a 0 star review if I could

2025 tourpak light kit

Purchased the tourpak light kit for 2025 street glide ultra. Description said everything included along with wire harness. After receiving kit, the harness also needed an adapter, which was not included. Sent email to Advanblack and was told it was not included in kit. Need to purchase an adapter. And was also charged a foreign process fee after I ordered light kit. There are no instructions for wire harness. Just the instructions for mounting light.

I ordered a set of led rear/side …

I ordered a set of led rear/side saddle bag lights . They arrived in a nice box and were well packaged. First thing I noticed was a large paper stating in red a 14 day damage or exchange policy ( yeah even at Xmas time). After watching the video I carefully open one light for a test fit. I was not happy the plug end exited the bottom of the light instead of the back and also the way it was finished at the end seemed to extend past the side of the bag. I called to return and was told I had to pay a 50.00 dollar restocking and shipping. Really $50.00 really I returned exactly how they sent them . So buyer be aware for 250.00 dollar light cost 69.00 dollars to return them.

Paint way off

Ordered a Baja orange tour pack for my 2023 Roadglide. The paint match is way off, looks like it belongs on another bike. Big waste of money.

I like my bags but,

sorry, couldn't find a way to include pics. I also posted this on their facebook page. I doubt it will be added through their admins.
I like my bags. what I didn't like was being told that my saddle bag guards would not work on 22. So, they talked me into side covers because the guard had to come off for the bag to fir. Well, I didn't need the side covers .the reason why they said they wouldn't work is because, in pic 2, you see where the bolt used to be and in pic 3 you'll see that they had them made without the mold being proper as to fit that bolt. Well 1, you can buy rails a lot cheaper than their fancy crash bars. 2, all you have to do is remove that bolts. The rail is secured in the front mounting and the rear mounting.....6 k since i added these bags and removed that bolt. not one issue yet .Save you money ! I also had to pay a restock fee for something they sold me that I didn't need.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK.

This seat gets wet and stays wet for at least a day after it rains. Avoid this company at all costs they sell junk at a premium price.

The forever project to nowhere.…

This company dragged me threw the woods lied about my painted product. After wat seemed like an eternity and threats they finally said your product is on the way. Well from china… outsourced junk.. would have been cheaper to have taken to my body shop and had redone. I’m telling anyone don’t buy anything from this joker. Plain outright junk garbage.

I'm giving this company 1 star not for…

I'm giving this company 1 star not for their products or the quality of their products, but for their customer service.
I put an order for a 4 point docking hardware as well as for saddlebags crash guards on Monday 1/27/2025 and another order on 2/1/2025 for a front engine crash guard. I got an auto message saying that they got my order and they will send me a message with the tracking number, I also got one today. on their website when I go to check on my order the status says processing. the crazy thing is that I got the 4 point docking hardware today without any notification that it was shipped or when it will get here the site still says the order of 1/27 is processing. I'm still waiting for the saddleback crash guard placed on 1/27. I have not installed their product on my motorcycle and I'm sure the quality will be satisfactory but man their customer service sucks and their web admin needs to go. one more thing once you create an account and you add your bike, the next time you logon that info is gone so I'm giving their customer service / web admin a star for not letting customers know if their product shipped and when they can expected to arrive via a tracking number.

Low quality faring and defective bracket…

The ST fairing mounting bracket obstructed the ignition key; customer service offered no solution beyond I should fix it myself by enlarging the access hole. The fairing assembly is flimsy and is rattling itself apart since it was installed. I would not recommend advanblack because of quality issues and lack of customer service support the sales rep was kind and at the same time, not helpful.

Colour match that does not match

Don’t order from this company, the colour does not match. I have a Harley, all genuine Harley parts in Radioactive green and the item is no where near a match in colour, but apparently it’s Harley Davidson fault that they have not matched their parts to this companies colour. Offered me a refund but would take postage cost and 20 % off for restocking plus I had to pay for registered insured post for return

Low Rider ST saddlebags bad experience

I’m going to be very honest here. I have a 23 lowrider ST. I hated the factory bags from the beginning. I bought advanblacks non stretched bags color matched which I paid $1604 shipped now that includes the hyper led lights too.
When they arrived I was excited. I installed the right side and it went smooth as pie. When I got to the left side the bag would not line up with the conversion bracket now matter what I tried. It was very obvious that something wasn’t done right. I contacted them by email because calling them is a joke. Why do they even have a phone number when they never answer the phone. Anyway after sending them about 20 pictures they said we will send you a new conversion bracket but it’s on back order. Of course it is. So I received it in a couple weeks came all the way from China. Big letters on the box made in CHINA. So I installed it on the right side and it lined up perfectly. The other issue I had was the lid on the right side would pop open as I was driving. It vibrates open. So now I have to make sure I lock it. I’m in the middle of dealing with this through emails of course and I’m getting annoyed. I paid a lot of money for these bags when I should have just bought the same bags from nasty hogs for more than half the price. I’m so stupid for that. I also called there tech number 3x to help me with the wiring for the LED light and left 3 messages and to this day nobody called me back. I figured it out myself. I hope at the end of this they take care of it. Even if they do I probably won’t buy another thing from them. Everyone on YouTube says how great they are but there all sponsored. I think there overpriced and overrated. Customer service sucks. You can’t call them because they won’t answer the phone. Email takes about 24 hours every single time so it takes forever.

product arrived very fast to canada !!! what ??!!! how did that happen ? great product, very well priced, high quality and great people to deal with. they are involve in research and development steady to bring us the best products possible. fit and finish perfect. I love it and will continue to shop , free sticker came with the product and I proudly placed it on my tool box at work to show off.

I've ordered many color-matched parts and accessories for my 21' Street Glide Special from Advanblack. I've received excellent and personal service with them. Wendy and Steve were both very helpful with an issue that I had and that was resolved very quickly right before this year's Daytona Bike week. Their products and color matches are always spot on for fitment and match. I will recommend Advanblacks' products to anyone who rides and wants to add style their bike.
