I only just managed to book with this travel agent for the first time this week and I was dealt with by a gentleman known to me as Mr King- whom I found very polite and respectful, he managed to handle my booking in an effective and efficient manner that appeared pleasing, he took time to answer my questions even though where I appeared to be apprehensive due to the fact that it was my first time, he provided me with the necessary information required for me to check with the airline to acertain that my booking was genuine and I am happy and henceforth, I will be using this agent and I want Mr King to always deal or manage my booking henceforth due to his professional approach and politeness.
