"Disappointing service. I asked to change my flight and was only shown ONE option and quoted £450. I later discovered myself that travelling just ONE DAY earlier or later would have reduced my 16-hour stopover to only 4 hours — and likely cost less. The agent NEVER mentioned this or showed me a full comparison across dates. When paying for professional advice, you expect ALL options — prices, layover times, pros and cons — clearly presented so YOU can decide. Instead, I was shown only what they wanted me to see. Ask for EVERY option across multiple dates before agreeing to anything."
