Richard was most helpful in comparing different plan options and seemed to genuinely care about helping me to decide which one was the best and most affordable. He was so patient with all my questions, not just trying to talk me into spending money for coverage I didn’t need.

I am canceling even before it starts because I read the policy and there are things in there that I don’t agree with. I’m waiting for someone to call me back regarding my refund.

Excellent customer service, and the plan is perfect for my house, with low prices, a small down payment, followed by low monthly payments, which impresses me the most. My warranty is for 3 years, but I'm only paying for 2, so you get one free year - you can't beat that.
