Fast and friendly customer service

I’m absolutely thrilled with Agent Provocateur! The products are luxurious, beautifully crafted, and truly special. Given that shipping comes from the UK and returns can be a bit tricky (and at your own cost), I was especially grateful for the fast, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service – it really made a difference. A great experience overall!

Fantastic in-store experience with Safiya Hilton, Assistant Store Manager at Brickell City Centre, Miami. (5min)


Good day,

I would like to highlight the excellence in customer service I received, at the Brickell City Centre store, during the Art Basel weekend, last December.

I had a marvellous time in store that day.

First things first, Safiya greeted me as soon as I set foot in the store that afternoon.

I appreciated her professional tone and she was not too friendly.

Throughout my visit, she demonstrated excellent product knowledge, she facilitated communication, and while she was readily available to me, she did the same for other clients walking in.

While she was very attentive to my requests, she also made herself available to her coworker.

From my overall in-store experience that day, she demonstrated a real talent at client-relationship building.

Moreover, Safiya displays a work ethic that is rare; it shows that what she does she wants to do it well.

I was so well advised in measurements and sizes in store that I will order online.

As a first time customer, I had nothing particular in mind walking in but I ended up buying ~$2,000.00 USD (I’m from Montreal, Canada).

Happily my spendings were well received at the board meeting once I got back to our room at the Four Seasons.

I hope my review makes its way to your head-office.

Paying Postage for Items Not as Described & Refuse to Refund

I am disappointed with my most recent experience and subsequently will not rush to shop online again. My order was not as described (colour did not match description) and I resent having to pay not only for the postage for the goods to be sent to me but the return postage as well. Under UK law this should be refunded but AP are very cheeky and will deduct this from the refund. Whilst overall a nominal amount for both of £12, I suspect they do this as customers cannot be bothered to argue with them and so get away with it. Emails are ignored and it is not possible to speak to anyone on the phone.

Had a delay with my parcel and the customer service assistant was very helpful and understanding. I think the way AP cater to their customers is amazing and more companies should follow suit. Very happy with the service and I always love my lingerie when it arrives !!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. A had a question, got an answer within a couple of hours, ordered and after a couple of hours after ordering, I already got a tracking number for my shipment. Very fast! Very friendly!

Be careful with vouchers and returns!!!

Products are good, fit is also nice, arrived in a nice package. But I’m really disappointed because I had a £80 voucher and I used for a really big order over £500. I kept most items (worth more than £400) and u received back my voucher?! I understand that the voucher can’t be returned in cash per se. But I kept most of the items and of course wanted the voucher to be used on that purchase! In what world would customer service decline such an ask???

❌ SCAM ALERT: Agent Provocateur Tampered with My Return to Avoid Refund! ❌

🚨 SCAM WARNING: Agent Provocateur Falsely Claims Returns Are "Dirty" to Deny Refunds! 🚨

I have been shopping online for many years and rarely return items unless they truly do not fit. Unfortunately, Agent Provocateur’s misleading sizing forced me to return two bottoms and one of them is swimwear bottom—both brand new with tags and hygiene stickers intact—because I couldn’t even pull them past my hips!

However, when AP received my return, they falsely claimed one of the bottoms was "dirty" and "stained." To make matters worse, they even sent me a picture of a clearly worn and dirty item—something I never even tried on properly, let alone wore! I never peeled off the hygiene sticker, yet the item in their photo was missing it. This raises serious concerns that AP is TAMPERING with returns to AVOID REFUNDS!

Looking at the reviews here, I see that many other customers have had the exact same issue. It seems like a pattern of deceitful business practices—AP falsely claims returns are "dirty" to scam customers out of their money. They intentionally do not provide measurements on their website, likely to increase returns, knowing full well they won’t honour refunds.

⚠️ If this has happened to you, DO NOT let them get away with it!

Contact Consumer Rights Protection in your country and file a formal complaint.

-Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card provider (chargeback).

-Report them to Trading Standards (UK) or the relevant consumer authority.
-Leave reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and social media to warn others.
-Take legal action.

This is unacceptable, unethical, and borderline fraudulent! I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

Instead, I highly recommend Honey Birdette—they provide excellent customer service, high-quality products, and treat their customers with respect.

❌ Do NOT waste your money on Agent Provocateur! ❌

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. My partner bought me a corset for my birthday. Sizing should have fitted but was sadly too small. We went to return the item for a refund (they wouldn’t let us exchange it). They have refused the refund on the basis that there is a ‘mark’ on the corset. The corset was tried on once, after I’d had a shower and used no lotions or potions. It was in pristine condition upon return as I was super careful with it - with all tags and straps still attached as bought - so where this ‘mark’ has come from I shall never know. Absolutely furious. Do not purchase from this company!! It seems like refusing refunds on spurious grounds is a common theme!!

NO GO! Trotz extrem überhöhter Preise muss der…

Trotz extrem überhöhter Preise muss der Kunde das Porto selber bezahlen. Bei Rückfragen bezüglich Größen (Da gibt es viel Verwirrung /wird nicht in EU Standard angegeben.) Wird nicht reagiert. Nach mehrmaligen Rückfragen dann doch. Dann war klar: Artikel Nicht passend. Stornierung erfolgte nicht , obwohl ich sofort reagiert hatte. Dann bekommt man kein gratis Rücksendelabel, und muss es auch noch ausdrucken… Schrecklicher bis gar kein Service, Und das bei den extremen Preisen. No Go!

Overpriced bad quality swimwears

If I could, I’d give 0 stars. This is the worst product I’ve ever purchased. They sell overpriced lingerie and swimwear with no regard for quality. I bought several items from them, and I regret it. Beach Bunny is far superior.

The biggest disappointment was my golden swimwear. Despite using it only twice and storing it carefully in my cupboard, the color somehow faded. To my dismay, the gold material degraded over time—parts of the swimsuit stuck together, causing discoloration from gold to silver. This poor quality, especially given the price, is unacceptable. Be aware too, that there poor quality products last 6 months only. After 6 months, when they start breaking apart after you paid over 300 USD, you are on your own, it falls under their policy of not caring starting 6 months after the purchase.

Friendly Customer Service - Poor Product Quality

Customer service is responsive and helpful, the products however are lacking in quality. A gift had literally fallen apart upon being worn the first time due to defective stitching. As it was a matching set, and the item was no longer in stock I was required to send back both items for a refund. No discount or replacement was offered - I'm not in negative numbers but I was disappointed with the product quality and options of aftercare. There was no incentive or option to switch the set either, which was odd given that I have now been put off the brand as a 'premium' product. A shame, great branding, poor quality.

Non existent and disrespectful customer service

I made a significant purchase on December 26th, but I have yet to receive it. After being a loyal customer of Agent Provocateur for over 20 years, this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand.

I have been dealing with an incredibly unhelpful and dismissive customer service agent who is refusing to refund me for an order I never received. The courier, DPD, delivered my purchase to the wrong house, dumped it outside, and left without my consent to change the delivery address or release the signature.

Agent Provocateur has clear proof that my purchase was delivered to and abandoned at the wrong address, yet they are refusing to provide either a replacement or a refund.

If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action through the small claims court. It is truly disappointing to see how poorly Agent Provocateur treats its loyal customers. Your customer service is utterly unacceptable.

Excellent customer service! Sarah from their team was fantastic, always responded really quickly and managed to find a resolution to my problem. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Agent Provocateur again!

Nie wieder

Nie wieder! Sehr viel im same eingekauft und die Qualität der Stoffe ist absolut katastrophal, ich musste die Hälfte zurückschicken, jedoch wurde die Retoure nicht akzeptiert anscheinend sei der Stoff beschädigt. Bestimmt nicht von mir, da ich vieles nicht mal anprobiert habe.
Ich kann die Marke als 20 Jahre Käuferin nicht mehr empfehlen.

Ich habe an Blackfriday das berühmte corset mercy bestellt. Ich habe mich auf die Bestellung gefreut, doch leider hat das corset nicht so gepasst wie ich wollte da die cups ziemlich klein sind. Ich habe den Artikel im Originalzustand retourniert. Nach langem warten habe ich Agent Provocateur kontaktiert und nach meiner Rückerstattung nachgefragt. Die Antwort vom Kundenservice dem Riccoardo war: Der Artikel weisst Beschädigungen auf und hat schwarze Flecken. Ein Foto wurde beigefügt. Auf dem Bild ist deutlich zusehen, dass es keine Mängel aufweist! Ich wurde dazu aufgefordert erneuert 15€ für den Rückversand an mich zuzahlen. Sowas geht garnicht! Etwas für 500€ zu verkaufen und dann zu behaupten, es weist Mängel auf. Ich habe schon öfter von dieser Taktik gehört, dass gerade nach Weihnachten vielen retourniert wird und online Shops aus dubiosen Gründe es nicht rückerstatten nur um den Umsatz Ende des Jahres hoch zuhalten. Nicht mit mir! Wenn keine Lösung gefunden wird, werde ich Polizeilich Schritte gegen Agent Provocateur einleiten aufgrund von Betrug.
