Vorsicht!! Nichts bestellen! Alle auf der Homepage von Agent Provocateur angegebenen Email-Adressen sind unerreichbar, Mails kommen zurück "envelope blocked". Eine Retoure von mir wurde angeblich nicht erhalten, reklamieren kann ich dies nicht.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My husband bought me a beautiful (and very expensive) robe and night gown set from this company as a Christmas present. Despite looking at their size chart and similar items in my closet, the night gown was too small. We sent it in to exchange for a bigger size, and they promptly told us the item was damaged and therefore would neither be exchanging or refunding our purchase. I only tried on the item one time and I am sure there was no damage. As the final slap in the face, they offered to send the "damaged" and too small item back to us but would charge us for shipping. I'm so disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing the pretty night gown, but they won't be receiving another $500 (!!) from me. You would think such a high end and luxury company would do more for their customers. Now we are out the money with nothing to show for it.

I got an order from them.It was too small.I returned it back with all tags and labels within one week.They didn’t want to do the refund and I should pay more money for reshipping through a link they sent.I tried million times to pay for the reshipping and after contacting my bank I knew that they didn’t accept my payment.Now they have my money and the item .Catastrophe .Not honest

They let me sit on a 1500eur item that was never worn due to wrong size. This was a birthday present for my wife which I had ordered well in advance, and yes their return deadline was over. But still just blockimg me on an item this price is beyond words
They're scaming you.
Basically, I had two orders from AP and sent both in part back. First one they confirmed the refund for, the second they allege that the items have a smell and refuse to refund me as well as want to charge me money to get it back to me. Though, I don't know how this can be the truth. I tried the items on according to their guide lines and everything was done sanitarily. Additionally, both shipments after receiving and before sending back were stored the exact same way. Everything was fine when I sent them back and now they allege this? I am furious and wish I would never have had even considered buying from them. Really hope I can find a way to get my money back because this honestly is scammy behavior.

Customer Experience
Agent AP customer service is quick when inquiring about products on the US, International and Canada site.
However, they don’t carry the same inventory for all the countries which makes purchasing items part of a set complicated. Some items are sold out in the US, but available in Canada and vice versa. They don’t even make price adjustments when the item goes on sale and the size is still available on their website instead they ask you to create a return. They don’t include duties so returns are even more complicated.
As a long time client of AP, I don’t understand why the inventory is not available to all countries especially when always being shipped out of the UK.
It’s even worse in the Middle East, UAE, no one even responds to email inquiries. They’re not even the same company. The company in the UAE automatically redirects to their website so you’re unable to purchase the items which are only available in the US / Canada.
After all the years being in business, the customer experience is quite disappointing.
Of course Agent AP is a great brand, with quality products, but the customer experience is definitely lacking.

very bad after sale customer care.
Because is not very intelligent to ship 4 different items in one unique box, and do not provide at least some single envelopes for the items (that, by the way, would increase the brand visibility and reputation).
Probably they think to be smart so to make the customer pay a shipping for each item.

Poor costume service
If I could would be zero stars! Their sizing is so small. I purchased a set in my usual size but needed to exchange it for a bigger size. Tags still attached, unworn just tried on. The set is still on sale on their website yet they refused to accept the return?
