I purchased the Heart Map Frame from A Gift of Happiness (Alex & Rachel). This was a gift I had chosen to present to my wife for Valentine's Day this year. Etsy has so many options for custom items, but when I saw the Heart Map Frame, it was exactly what I envisioned for my wife and I. The customer service I received from Alex & Rachel was kind and prompt. The entire process from planning to when our item was shipped was smooth. On Valentine's Day when we opened the gift, my wife and I were very pleased with the Heart Map Frame. It was so beautiful and captured our sentiments together, that my wife began to cry. Absolutely love the quality of the product, and the exceptional customer service! While placing my order I had a query and, despite ordering on a Sunday evening, I received an email following up soon after with an answer to my query. Alex was really friendly when I asked for a picture of my product but my order was created and shipped so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to see it, really impressed by the fast turnaround.

There was a slight issue with Royal Mail during transit, but despite minimal damage they insisted on sending an replacement which arrived the next day and in perfect condition.

My partner loved his anniversary gift and I am so grateful for the amazing customer service. The product itself was beautifully crafted and such a unique idea, so glad I found this company. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely be ordering again!

I can confidently say that this item exceeded all expectations, it is absolutely beautiful and everything came out better than I could’ve hoped! I cannot recommend agiftofhappiness more highly, they were amazing with communication during the creating process and got my order shipped out in crazy fast time. During a backlog at US customs they were easily reachable and Alexs customer service and reachability was outstanding and made the entire process very pleasant. I bought this as a last minute wedding gift and it is beautiful! Such a lovely gift to give. The customer service was amazing too. I had left it quite late to find a gift but they went above and beyond to help me, the frame arrived quickly and perfectly made. I can’t recommend enough ❤️

Firstly I wanted to say how pleased I am with the item, its heart shaped map pieces showing locations and dates in a frame. Its beautifully made and exactly as described. It was carefully packed and arrived so quickly! But what impressed me so much was the level of service I received. My husband is unfortunately in ICU and it's our anniversary on Sunday. I had seen the frame before and loved it, but I had been understandably too preoccupied to sort anything out until the last minute. I explained this to Rachel and Alex and they sent a caring and very thoughtful reply. They pushed the order through quickly for me. So it's one less worry for me. But I wanted to say that it was amazing customer service. So thank you both and I highly recommend this item and the company too.

If you were able to give this company a 20 star amazing review, I most definitely would. The map photo frame that was hand made these talented people was so beautiful and so amazing. My husband teared up when I gave it to him for valentine's day. It blew him away and me. 5 stars does not do this shop justice. They are phenomenal, the lettering, eye for detail and craftsmanship was beyond perfect. We are very happy with the item we received and plan on making more purchases from them in the future, most definitely!

I ordered a Memories Mapped Gift Frame and I communicated with Alex - I live in New Zealand and this gift is for my hubby for our 1st years Wedding Anniversary - My parcel turned up yesterday, so it took under 2 weeks to be made and delivered. I am just over the moon with it !!! Alex has been a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them :-)
