My DIL gave me A Gift of Happiness family tree with my grandchildren’s names on it. We were then blessed with an additional grandchild.
This company worked with me to ensure the additional heart had the exact writing style. All I had to do was open up the back and glue on the additional heart! It turned out perfect.

I messaged to explain when the wedding was and they rushed the order through no problem.
