Buyers beware. Awful experience. Dress far too big, yet correct size ordered, not like pictures. Took ages to come & would cost $25 to return to China so no point. Company very unsympathetic, offered refund of £1.75. NEVER EVER WOULD BUT FROM THEM AGAIN. Be very careful before you do.

DONY BUY ! Terrible took weeks to come then the dress was awefull I wouldn't put my 80 yr old Granny in it! Too sizes to big material terrible thick and the colour everything about it was terrible found out it was from Asia London was just scamming you they wanted 25 dollars to return my bank are dealing with it now NEVER AGAIN ! I WILL INVESTIGATE A COMPANY THOROUGHLY ! Hopefully getting my refund

I wish I had read reviews before I fell for the tricks used by this company. The dress I ordered was nothing like the photos I had seen when ordering. Very cheap material. Very blurred design. Very poor fit. Was going to return but after reading reviews seems pointless to even try. Definitely avoid this company !

They should not be allowed to trade.
You think they are based in London.
The goods come from China and they
will give you a refund of 5% of the cost. I was told to give my dress away or send back to China at

Purchased item in good faith, it was unsuitable and too small when it arrived. Was offered a 5% cashback and invited to gift item or donate to charity, so was unable to return item for refund.

I ordered a dress. When it eventually arrived it was not like the photos. The material was very cheap and chatty and the dress was too big. I asked for a refund and was told they would send me a smaller size. I declined and was told they would refund me only 10 percent of what I paid. Then I was told if I wanted a refund I would have to send the dress to China. Do not buy from these people. They should not be allowed to scam people like this

This company is no more than a money making scam. The products are of very poor quality. Returns are not “easy” as quoted on their website. Customers are required to pay the return shipping costs to CHINA! It is a disgrace that this company is allowed to trade .

Received extremely poor quality dress. Thin polyester material and poorly made. It doesn't even qualify for one star to be honest.
As I see others have reported. they initially offered 5%, then 10% and finally 15% refund with a 50% credit on future purchases. As if I would buy from them again!
Even though return address is in Feltham, the dress has to be returned to China at my cost!
Absolute scam.
Do not buy anything from this company or any others which appear to be UK companies.
If in doubt check Companies House first.

I pressed 1 star as no option for zero star. Poor quality dress. Poor finish.thin cheap material. Offered me 5% refund. Really. Finally went up to 15%. Which i strongly turned down. I had the option to send dress back to China...... then a refund. Or sell on or give to Charity. First time online purchase. Never again. DO NOT BUY from this company. Absolute rubbish.goods and rubbish customer service.they are making money by our misfortune to buy their product

Avoid! Don’t make the same mistake as me.
Agnes & Violet London has no connection to London. It’s shipped from China and the fabric of the dress was thin and cheap.
Getting a refund is impossible. When they finally reply they palm you off saying that the cost of the return isn’t economical so encourage you to gift it on or re-sell!!!!

Bought a dress stated as original price approx £130 sold as a quality fashionable dress. Reduced to £44.95.
Under the assumption that this company is in London. When recieving this dress. It looked like it had come from Temu or shein not a top quality product at all.dress was poorly made. Horrible material that made a noise when you touched it. Extra long, very low cleavage not at all as the dress looked on line. I tried to return and they have told me i need to accept a refund for 5%. I disputed then they offered me 10% cashback. I disputed again then they offered me 15% and a 50% discount off another purchase. As if i would buy from them again. Never.
I have been told that i can return the dress to china at a cost of £30. This is definately a scam as the company have dispatched from 1 express, globexair, 3-4 skyport drive, hardmansworth , west draiton middlesex. NOT CHINA.
I have told them i will report them to trading standards. I have heard nothing back from them since this last email. I have checked trustpilot and it shows as company based in USA. Weblink given opens up to a page which looks to be identical to the one i purchased from. It is unsure that from advertising as from London then based in USA then returns to China. Very poor customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will not get what you ordered, just unwearable cheap tatt. You will be refused a refund so AVOID this company

I bought a coat online and when it arrived it was nothing like what appeared on the advert.I contacted them and they asked for photos I sent them they then said if I wanted to return it would have to be shipped by me to China! If I accepted 10% refund I could keep it. I don’t want the item it is substandard. I refused and have subsequently had offers up to 30% refund but they do not have a return address for the item. I continue to ask for a full re and will continue. It is a scam

Scam company don’t buy anything from here. It’s a bullshit drop-shipping company charging premium prices for poor Chinese stuff. Waste of raw material this company

Pictures online look great but product quality is awful, i’ve just received a jacket and zip will burst on first use, fabric is shiny and cheap and looks nothing like online pictures. Trying to organise a return is nigh on impossible & involves shipping to China. cannot advise any more strongly not to purchase from them.

Scam company… avoid at all costs. Elderly friend bought size 12 coat for £45 “sale price”. Received huge rubbish quality coat in a plastic bag Chinese label underneath- probably from SHEIN or Temu. Website pictures look like copied off Shein. Obviously fake website if you look closely. She’s so upset. Reported to bank. Turned out they also set up a monthly subscription for £45! Bank said had loads of complaints. Reporting to Shopify aswell.
