Terrible delivery, terrible service zero resolution. Comes from China so don’t be misled by the “Airwatch UK”.
I strongly suggest reading the other 1* reviews before purchasing
I’m now 15 days in to a 6-10 day delivery and according to tracking parcel has been at China airport for 5 days. No resolution or offer of replacing. Would avoid this company from my experience

I ordered something.It was not suitable. I communicated with Airwatch store. With out any difficulty I will been issued with my refund.No complications.

Would definitely recommend! The products are flawless and very high quality. Great sound and comfortable to wear. Item was shipped quickly with tracking. The customer service is wonderful too, I had a slight problem and they were able to respond to my query quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Very helpful service and super cute product! I have had the worst experience with this store. I ordered some headphones and they stated that they had been delivered when they were still in transit. Then, I did not even receive my parcel as it was not delivered to the correct address. When asking who I can complain to their customer service, there was no option to do so. They just push back my queries and blame it all onto the posting and think that it is not their issue. Very unprofessional.

I like how the headphones came really quick but it just wasn’t to my liking as it was too big so I requested a refund.

Ordered these for my son who was desperate for a pair of Apple ones and a friend recommended us to this site.

He was overwhelmed when he opened them o his 10th Birthday. Would highly recommend them and the design and comfort on the ears are amazing.

Awesome headphones. My daughter is super happy with them. She hasn’t taken them off. Easy to set up. They work perfectly with all her devices.

Recently purchased the silver airwatch headphones they are excellent. Comfy and the sound quality are brilliant. Would buy again in future.
