Ashley James Solicitors Opiniões

It was a slow start with the council. When Ashley James Solicitors needed a push to complete the documentation. They pushed it so hard and in end the it was brilliant.

Indy and his team provided me with a great service with regards to buying my property. They were responsive when I had any questions and went the extra mile to ensure that I felt supported. I was really happy with the service provided and would recommend them to others.

This Company advertises itself as Property and Family Specialists but when I enquired about clarifying something in my property lease they point blank refused to offer me any help. Even after I explained all I required was for a solicitor to read through our lease and give me some advice which quite obviously they should be able to do since they carry out conveyancing no help was offered. Very poor customer service 0/10

Ashley James dealt with the conveyance of my property purchase recently , Joel Allen was amazing, his knowledge, advice and support throughout the process was brilliant , I would highly recommend Ashley James to anyone purchasing or selling property. Thank you to Joel and his team.

The people at the firm are very polite but it has been difficult obtaining replies to emails UNTIL the last week or so. To be fair part of the issue has been lack of information from the estate agent too. Both issues combined means it has not been easy to find the progress (or lack of it) on the sale. I am really grateful to Indy for his hard work in the last week. He replied instantly and deserves 5 stars. There should be a link to a case file where a customer can look at notes so not hassling staff

I just purchased a house using the services of Ashley James Solicitors. There was a fair bit to look into and chase and there was a time frame within which to complete. Ashley James were professional, authoritative and assuring and got it all sorted for me on time. Thanks to all at Ashley James and particularly to Indy Deu who confidently took most of the responsibility for sorting the purchase.

Very poor service. Trying to buy 2 properties using these solicitors who were recommended to the vendors from the estate agent.

Went above and beyond, very happy with your service. Many thanks . Lee Skett

On the whole quite good but some chasing was required to get our house move completed.

There were some initial hiccups in my process, such as dealing with 3 different solicitors of which, first one was not able to inform with detail the things that as a first-time buyer you ignore and the second, left so I dealt with a locum covering him, well she was very rude and she just didn't do anything on my case because she was too busy to look at my file. However, once I talked to the firm they took my case with the required seriousness and solve all the issues in a short time period and efficient way. I am especially grateful with Adrian's patience and follow up on my case.

I will highly recommend Ashley James Solicitors to those who are buying a property and needs a solicitor. They are the 21st century 'digital solicitors' that will handle all your work without having you leave your home. Thank you for assisting us with our purchase, AJS.

Ashley James is by far the best solicitors around! From the initial offer stage all the way through to completion (which was only 3 months in total!) I was kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble, there was always somebody on hand to give you assistance or advice as needed. Indy Deu was my case handler and was always available to take my calls/emails and I felt completely relaxed throughout the process knowing that everything was being handled behind closed doors. THANK YOU INDY. I have already recommended Ashley James Solicitors to my brother and would not hesitate to recommend AJ to anyone else currently going through the sales process or to anyone that is struggling with their current solicitors. They are worth every penny!

Was really helpful, quick and efficient.

Ashley James Solicitors provided prompt attention and excellent service during my recent property sale. I highly recommend their services.

This was the third time I have used Ashley James to move home. Indy was superb from start to finish. His regular updates, organisation and was always contactable. Genuinely a faultless service. Thank you and I can’t recommend Ashley James enough... 10/10.

We were recommended to Ashley James by our estate agent
Green and Company and we had no prior knowledge of who you were.
From the outset the pro-active service provided was nothing short of excellent.
Our prime contact, Indy Deu was polite, informative and very professional keeping us up to date by email, phone as the sale progressed and following up on everything he promised to do.
The “ Case Progression” document, sent to us after each transaction had been completed was very helpful and a great record of what was outstanding from us and our purchasers.
We would not hesitate to use your service again nor to recommend you to any potential client.
Well done and thanks
Regards
Vanessa and Mike Newey

Ashley James handled our recent sale; they provided a first class service. At this time when Conveyancing firms are struggling to cope with the high demand arising from the stamp duty holiday, and at a time when lawyers are working from home or furloughed, we were expecting delays, but there were none. The firm were extremely responsive, replying to emails on the same day and usually within just hours. Staff were all friendly and customer-focused. We really can’t rate the firm highly enough. We are very grateful for the wonderful service that we received.

Ashley James solicitors Acted on my father’s behalf on the sale and purchase of his property, there were brilliant, friendly, professional, knowledgable, Vivian Vong is a credit to you always helpful, answering questions following matters up, would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you.

I think Ashley James solicitors managed the sale of the property I was selling very well and I was informed of every stage of the sale right up until completion. It was also done quickly and at a good price. I would be happy using them again in the future and would also recommend Ashley James solicitors to others.

Thank you
