Disappointed with the service. I felt extremely pressured to pay large Retainer fee, without any cooling off period offered and paper work signed to commence the work for my case. I was informed by CAB I could represent myself in court for my case so decided not to proceed. They kept a large portion of the retainer fee. I was totally duped

When we decided to buy our own house, of course we went straight back to Ashley James, this time dealing directly with Hayley Tully. Once again the service was excellent.
