Los responsables de la recepción de los bungalows no han estado atentos a las necesidades de los clientes. Nos faltaban varias cosas y cuando hemos llamado o no nos han atendido al teléfono o han tardado mucho después de varios intentos de llamar.

Booking the campsite on the Allcamps website was very easy and efficient and all the information was pretty clear however when I sent in an enquiry I realised that Allcamps don't have any mobile homes or representation on the particular campsite we booked and our booking would be looked after another campsite company, one of whom I didn't really want to book through as have not had good experiences with them in the past. This should be made more obvious upon booking.

I was charged both a rebooking fee and a modification fee for changing campsites 3 months before travel.

Thank you for your feedback.
As we are working together with partners and campsites it is not possible to change a booking for free. For a booking change we ask 30 euros and if the price is lower as originally booked you have to pay 10% fee about the price difference. See also our terms and conditions.
