Die Größenangabe des Schlafanzüge war total falsch, weder die Grössennummer noch die cm- Angabe waren richtig. Das ist ein Kinderpyjame und da wäre er noch zu eng. Fürchterlich. Das war die erste und letzte Bestellung.

Very unreliable company! Please do not buy from them! The Pyjamas (Christmas model) we ordered from them were very low quality! As soon as we received the items and saw the quality, we asked for their address to send back the products. They answer only after reminders. They didn’t want to accept the return of the items! And just let you know that still after 7 weeks we could not get our money back ! Additionally you have to send back the items on your own cost and where to France! So we spent another 15€ to send the items back.
They are not trust worthy!
I give them 0 point and will never buy any product from them again!

Keine Rückgabemöglichkeit
Das bestellte Produkt war viel zu klein und vom Schnitt ein Kindermodell. Auf der Webseite gibt es zwar einen Hinweis darauf lieber eine Nummer größer zu bestellen aber in meinem Fall hatte ich sogar statt M -> XXL bestellt.
Der Grund für den einen Stern ist aber der nicht vorhandene Rückgabe-Prozess. Keine Antwort auf Emails oder das Kontaktformular, nicht mal eine Eingangsbestätigung.
Weiterhin wirbt die Seite mit einem Fake "4,8/5 Kundenmeinungen ★★★★★" wobei der Link ins Leere führt.
Bei Trustpilot gibt es noch keinen Eintrag was den Verdacht von gezieltem Betrug mit Ramschware noch weiter festigt.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Auch wenn diese bereits einige Zeit zurückliegt, ist es uns wichtig, darauf zu reagieren.
Seitdem hat sich die Geschäftsführung von Alle-schlafanzuge.de grundlegend geändert. Wir haben sämtliche internen Abläufe vollständig überarbeitet, insbesondere in Bezug auf Größenberatung, Rückgabeprozesse, Kommunikation und Kundenservice. Zudem steht unseren Kundinnen und Kunden heute ein neuer deutschsprachiger Kundenservice zur Verfügung, der deutlich schneller und transparenter arbeitet.
