As per all the other customers, buyer beware. Order some parts late last year & the delivery stories range from parts not in stock to shop flooede out. Every contact appears to be another admin person's name. Interesting to see parts ordered still show on there website as "in stock" but parts on backorder. Website appears legit but the reality is it just appears to be a scam site. Suspect the only good reviews are the ones they place themselves.

Ordered 27/2/23 a pulley and spark plug still not shipped. They have contacted me along the way (so the 2 stars) about delays and now Apparently ready to ship. But 3 months come on! I have used quite a few time and they were good but
these guys have deteriorated over the last few years and it’s the last time I’ll ever buy from them again.

All Mowers Spares is a Scam, do not have anything thing to do with them.
I don't know how they have managed to continue trading for so long! The laws on fraud must be very loose?
I feel lucky they only took me for $40.00, others have been robbed for hundreds of dollars.

No parts no refund after requesting over 30 days ago. SCAMMERS

Ordered part . No confirmation, no shipping lnformation . Two weeks and carnt get answers . Left several messages . Have had problems before with slow service and will never use again

Only reason they get 1 star is there is no Zero star option. Ordered parts in sept 2022 with shipping supposed to be in oct 2022 they kept bumping the date each month. When asked for a refund they said it had been sent to admin for investigation. No money refunded and just form letters . Got fed up and printed out the emails and took them to my bank and within 3 weeks they had recovered my lost funds. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE.They hope you will get tired of the non response and just give up. In my opinion they are openly committing fraud

BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order on 5 January 2023 and was advised that the estimated dispatch would be 23 February. I followed up on 20 March when I had not received the item. They emailed back on 23 March saying that the items estimated dispatch would be 27 April.
I have now emailed and called this company with no response.
I wish I had checked the reviews for this company before buying anything from them.

Well, it seems i've been ripped off, just like all the other reviewers here.
Ordered a part in February, no part has arrived, been fed lies. If anyone else makes the mistake of attempting to purchase from this company before reading this, my advise it to contact your bank, inform them that you have been ripped off. Ask them to dispute the transaction. They will refund your money. Unbelievable that such an organisation can operate.

Excellent service. First time user of this company; had difficulty identifying required replacement part for mower. Emailed the spares section got guidance and support to enable replacement part to be identified and ordered. Easy to use website and item at a competitive price. Will use again for my power equipment orders. Thanks very much.

Ordered part on line October 22 to be contacted and told the part is discontinued. I requested a refund via email numerous times for several months giving my bank details but no refund just hollow promises. They don't accept incoming phone calls so can't speak to anyone. Would avoid this company at all costs.

Just as everyone else has commented, they are an absolute pack of low life scum. Web page looked very legit and so didn’t look at reviews, foolish on my behalf. Ordered products to then be told out of stock, received numerous emails with all different expected delivery dates which never happened. Demanded a refund with no response. I do not understand how these scumbag companies are allowed to keep trading.

The company "All mower Spares" has taken $549 from my account for goods I ordered 21 April, 2022. I have never received the product or a refund despite multiple emails to them. It has been 1 year since I have purchased the product. This company is using AFTERPAY as a method of scamming people, defrauding them out of money. I want AFTERPAY TO WITHDRAW THEIR SERVICES TO THIS SCAMMING COMPANY SO OTHER PEOPLE ARE NOT SCAMMED. I am taking my story to A Current Affair.
I have read over 92 negative complaints about this "company" and all say exactly the same thing, how they were scammed. NSW Fair Trading has them at number 7 on their stink list (AKA Fraudulent companies) Beware of this company, its directors and its staff.

Same same. Ordered parts in December and then offered a refund in February, still nothing. Keep being told the refund will be processed. Also a story about floods 12 months ago, yet they still trade.
Have an active complaint with NSW Fair Trading, who are well aware of this business.
I have purchased from them in the past. Never again.

My ordered parts have never arrived, the time frame for their delivery has kept extending and extending, I finally cancelled order after 6 months of no parts and now this company will not refund my money, avoid All Mower Spares at all cost.

Total scam company. Ordered a part in November 2022 now April 2023 no product. Refuse to refund money. Won't sent part won't return emails. Total scam company avoid at all costs

Worst online store that I have ever delt with. Took 3 months to get products but then couldn't deliver them. Gave every excuse under the sun. Will never deal with them again and advice everyone to avoid them
