I have been meaning to write this review for several months as I bought a Barbour jacket from them before Christmas and I did say that I would leave a review, so it’s been on my mind to get around to it.
I dealt with Michael over the phone who answered my queries and was superb to deal with.
Delivery was swift, packaging excellent and the whole experience of dealing with allweathers.co.uk was great and I love the jacket!
I was so impressed with their service that I telephoned after I received the jacket and spoke with one of the directors, Darren and told him and Michael how impressed I was with my purchase and their service.
Job done- leaving this review is now off my mind!

Bought a rab jacket, significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Item came super fast, great communication from company too.

Excellent service and very good website. Bought a Barbour jacket but ordered the wrong colour, telephoned the company on a Saturday, very friendly and helpful, sent jacket back and received the new one on the Thursday, no problems. Also considerably cheaper than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

Great service! I didn’t keep the product I bought, I bought a Barbour jacket for my dad’s birthday but it didn’t fit him. I sent it back and received a confirmation email and refund that day. I would definitely buy from this company again and would recommend!

Their customer service is second to none. DPD had delayed my parcel for 2 days. I received 2 phone calls from AllWeather's asking if they could assist me in anyway as they knew i was waiting for this delivery. I've never experienced this for any other retailer. I will be a returning customer.

Ordered wrong size. Thought it might cause a problem getting the right size. Not at all, sent it back and received my new one by return post. Could not be happier. Fantastic service and communication 5* from me

Wanted a new Barbour Border coat.

Barbour prices were fixed with a couple of other stores offering a flimsy discount.

So I looked online for a decent New Year sale.

Allweathers popped up with a super competitive price, almost too good to be true.

I read the reviews on here which were overwhelmingly positive - so took a punt.

I’m astounded at the service. Order email arrived promptly as expected, followed by a DPD email saying they were expecting my parcel.
Delivery took 1 working day.

Product is genuine and I’m absolutely delighted.

Package slip was easy to understand with clear returns guidance (at your own expense).

This is a quality small business that thrive on excellence - please give them a try rather than relying on the big name shops.

I cannot praise the efficiency of this company more highly. Ordered a Barbour jacket at a competitive price and delivered next day. Had to be returned as wrong size. Re-ordered and for sake of speed paid for the 2nd jacket. Again arrive the next day by the ever efficient DPD. Have already been reimbursed - unbelievable service.

I had a terrible experience with Allweathers. My parcel never reached me, yet the company refused to take any responsibility. They simply hid behind the courier’s tracking data and insisted the issue was “my building’s problem,” even though I never received the item.

Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real support or solution. Instead of assisting a paying customer, they pushed all blame elsewhere and refused a refund.

I’ve never dealt with a retailer so unwilling to help when something goes wrong. Extremely disappointing — I will not be ordering from them again.

I am so glad I've discovered this company who offer fantastic customer service. You can talk to them on the phone they answer emails the same day, this is pretty rare these days. Good old fashion customer service. I had to return an item for a replacement larger size it was all dealt with so quickly and efficiently. When I called the guy who answered the phone, was so helpful and offered great advice. The Barbour coat was perfect and will definitely use this company again.

I bought a Barbour jacket online about 11 months ago. I'd read the reviews already about this company so felt pretty confident buying from them. When I got my jacket I found it was on the small side. After emailing the company and then talking to them on the phone I got some great advice about what might be a better alternative jacket. The guy at AW was super helpful and sent me a return label to send the smaller jacket back and I ordered a Barbour that I've been happily wearing ever since. I don't think I've dealt with a company that make returns so easy and where there's genuinely personal customer service.
