Bought a Thousand x CHPT3 helmet and when I opened it, someone’s hair was wrapped around the strap adjusters! Not happy as I though I was buying a new helmet. Send an email to customer services and not heard anything back for 5 days. Shoddy customer support and shameful reselling of returns without even quality checking the items.

Prompt delivery, good product. I think they need to improve their 'contact us' facility and leave a phone contact. This was my first order with them, I got no confirmation number or email confirmation but payment was taken so just to make sure I hadn't been scammed I tried to contact them but the 'catcha' thingy kept rejecting my message and there was no other contact information, available on the website, otherwise everything fine.

No order confirmation, no communication from company despite numerous emails. Item ordered was out of stock apparently, still awaiting refund. Very poor.

Contact form on website was broken, so no way of getting in touch.
Eventually managed to resolve unavailable item with full refund.

Only place I could find the water bottle and cage I wanted. Good price. Easy shopping on website, quick delivery items great! Would recommend it’s good to support smaller retailers.

Great despatch but absolutely no communication from company. The website ordering is really clunky as you can’t enter lower case so tricky with entering details.

They refused to replace a faulty item that was incorrectly made. Palmed me off and were very unhelpful. I would avoid them. Look for caring and helpful suppliers.

Ordered a front-rack bag, which arrived missing the mounting plate. I reached out to customer support through email and did not hear back for a week. Returned the bag and won't be coming back to order.

Very good service. They corrected a slight error on the delivery address and ensured I got next day delivery.

Everything was fine with my order, arrived quickly. Thousand chapter helmet looks and feels fantastic - unfortunately the rear magnetic light wouldn’t hold a charge and problems started from there.
There is no phone number to call.
The email I sent appeared to get an answer - send it back by “Freepost Velorution”.
The Post Office want more information, at least an additional postcode.
Messages have not been replied to since.
Helmet is great I don’t expect the rear light will work.
There are lots of bike shops. Try another.

I found the bag that I wanted on the Always Riding website, add once purchased received it within a few days. All in all, nice website and efficient service. Just what I like when choosing who to repeat shopping with. 👍
