An email was sent to you as soon as the balance was paid on 7th Feb and then one of our team called and left you a voicemail advising that you would receive your tickets within 14 days of full payment. I can see you have now received your tickets and have been in touch to discuss changing.
2nd time purchasing from this company
2nd time purchasing from this company - 5 years apart. Always the best price (for 14 day Disney) and never had any issues.

I received really good service from…
I received really good service from this company including advice on taxi s.to take when I was actually in the resort. I have not used tickets yet though as I do not fly until ĺMarch.But I am hoping it.will be as easy over there asI have had in the UK. Thanks in anticipation AA.
