Amazing experience ordering from Amy. I’ve tried a few different businesses who ship out products purchased from American, and American Seasonal Home is the best of them all. Great communication and all my items arrived in perfect condition and within the maximum 4 week window provided. I’d truly recommend this company and will definitely will placing all my future American goodies orders through them!

Brilliant business and a real hidden gem

I honestly can't sing this shop’s praises enough. I’ve placed multiple orders over the years and every single one has been flawless. The care and attention that goes into every package is something you don’t come across often these days. Everything arrives safely, beautifully wrapped, and exactly as described.

What really sets this store apart, though, is the woman behind it. She somehow manages to run an incredible business while raising young kids — and still treats every customer like they’re her top priority. She’s quick to reply, happy to help with custom requests, and genuinely goes above and beyond.

If you’re on the fence about ordering, don’t be. You won’t find better service, better packaging, or better prices for those hard-to-find US goodies. Total superstar! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been ordering from this store for years! The customer service is 1st class! Can source almost anything you want from America (within reason) prices are incredibly fair. Packaging is fantastic. I trust this business with my money and delivering every single time. The store is run by a mum to small children. How she finds time for herself is beyond me when she’s so dedicated to her business, customers and family! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

editing as a full refund was eventually issued so feedback should fairly reflect that and I won’t be taking it further. But I still cannot increase rating as I’d never shop here again.

Ignores queries, refuses to discuss orders placed from months ago that still haven’t dispatched, emails don’t get answered and to top it all off she cancels entire orders to be petty when she makes order errors and is questioned - the whole problem boils down to ignorance and lack of communication which hopefully she will now work on. Order errors happen, we are only human, I can forgive the wrong thing being sent (which was the initial problem) the treatment of customers and ignorance that follows her errors is unacceptable. It was eventually put right at least, but if you do order read her T&C’s and know your consumer rights.
