Never buy from Amora Keepsakes

Never buy from Amora Keepsakes! ❌🚩
I bought an ankle chain from @amorakeepsakes and the quality is absolutely appalling. It lasted a grand total of TWO days before the crystal fell right out. Absolute crap quality for an expensive item.
But what’s even worse is their shocking customer service and refusal to give me my money back on my card.
Look at the hypocrisy between what they promise on their website vs. what they actually do:
📖 Their Official Stated Policy:
"Defects or quality issues, of course, are always covered under our Damaged Items policy... We'll resolve this as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a full/partial refund"
💬 Their Actual Response to Me:
"The resolution we are able to offer is a full refund in the form of store credit... This remains our final resolution in accordance with our policy."
They completely refuse to refund the money back onto my payment card, completely ignoring UK Consumer Law AND their own terms and conditions just to trap my money in their store.
Save your money and do not trust this site—appalling quality and they won't give you your money back when it breaks!

I wouldn't recommend buying from this…

I wouldn't recommend buying from this company based on my experience.
The item was marked as "dispatched", but 9 working days later the tracking still says it's waiting for the item to be received by the courier. This doesn't match what I was told, and I've been left wondering whether it has actually been sent.
The company presents itself as a UK business, so I expected much quicker processing and dispatch. Instead, I've experienced long delays with little clarity about what's happening.
If there are genuine delays, I'd much rather the company was honest and transparent rather than marking orders as dispatched before they've entered the courier's network.
Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would think twice before ordering again.
Until the item actually arrives, I can't comment on the product itself—but the ordering and dispatch experience has been poor enough that I can't recommend the company.

I almost didn't order because I saw a few reviews mentioning delays, but I'm so happy I went ahead. My anklet arrived, the quality completely exceeded my expectations, and it's honestly even prettier in person. It has such a beautiful sparkle and feels really well made. I've been wearing it every day since it arrived and have already had so many compliments. I'm already planning my next piece!

Amora Anklet


I bought the Amora Anklet for my holiday and I'm honestly so glad I did. There was a slight delay because of their material manufacturer, but they kept me updated and it still arrived in time before I flew out. I've had it on ever since and I'm absolutely in love with it. It catches the light beautifully and sparkles so much in the sun. I've even worn it in the pool and at the beach and it still looks perfect. Definitely one of my favourite holiday purchases!

To give some context: we experienced an issue with our stainless steel supplier that impacted fulfilment times across a number of orders. We made the decision not to switch to a lower quality material just to ship faster, because the quality of every piece matters deeply to us. That issue has since been resolved.

DO NOT buy from this company. After seeing these reviews I am having the same experience. Although the company do reply straightaway to emails they just provide a standard line of asking you to check tracking and wait another 48 hours. I still haven’t received the item and am not getting anywhere.

Rather than fulfilling orders with a lower quality alternative, we made the decision to wait it out, because we refuse to send our customers something that doesn't meet our standard. After a very long delivery time line…

After a very long delivery time line !!!! ordered on the 12th May and delivered yesterday 2nd June I didn’t realise they are being made and shipped from China . The deliver driver hid them under a wheelie bin and just notified left in a safe place but no picture of where ??? After hunting round my gardens to no avail I had to reach out yet again to customer service who sent me the pics where it was ..
I really wanted to love the ankle bracelets and think these were definitely worth the wait .. But I’m really disappointed they are light weight and very cheap looking so over priced . I really want to say something positive as I don’t like leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I have to be really truthful and say they are not worth the price tag or the excessive wait .. I will finish on a positive note and say customer service are lovely .after many emails asking why the delivery was so long .. They always respond and quickly which is a great thing in times of automated responses
So the 1 star is for that .

We're so sorry your experience with Amora fell short of what you deserved. We completely understand your frustration, and you're absolutely right to expect better.
To be transparent: we recently experienced a supply issue with our stainless steel manufacturer, which is the core component of all our jewellery. We could have switched to a lower grade material to fulfil orders faster, but that would have meant compromising on the quality we promise every customer, and that's something we're not willing to do. We've since resolved the issue, so this delay won't happen again going forward.

I made a mistake on my order and emailed customer service to find a collation around my error. They came back to me within the same and was extremely helpful. New order submitted and I am looking forward to receiving my items.
