I am in the process of trying to return the unwanted products - it has been absolutely frustrating as they are doing everything to try to make me keep them. I have repeatedly asked for the return and refund process and am still waiting.

Less than 1 star deserved. After days of emails to and from Amora, including suggesting I return the goods at my expense which I declined, I have made if clear that trading standards would be interested in their poor practice. They offered a refund of 70% of what I paid. I asked for 90% due to the ongoing nuisance of emails, they have today said they have refunded 70% of price I paid which will be in my account in a couple of days. We will see. I have accepted this amount as its better than nothing and I'm exhausted by it all. Shocking dishonest compamy. 26 emails have been sent to and from them in 2 weeks.

The shoes were supposed to be orthopaedic but were just cheap rubbish that didn't fit. The email address doesn't work so almost impossible to ask for a refund. When I did they just suggested they send me another pair if I pay the postage. Why would I want another pair of worthless unwearable shoes.

Horrible product .. received the shoes on website shown as a size 8 and apparently fits true to size .. arrived as a size 41 which is not a true size 8 .. emailed them they came back asking for photos etc., emailed them back .. and yes you guessed it the email bounced back tried again no luck so guess this is just one big scam .. again !! do not trust or buy from them you wont get any luck

As expected, the material was trash. I paid for 3 only received two. If you see this review before buying, consider yourself lucky.

Do not buy anything on Amora. They are not genuine. I have returned two items to them and when I contacted them on email it bounced back. I am not sure I will ever get the money back as the items which I have tracked are stuck at Customs in China.

I am experiencing an awful postage crisis with this store the worst i ever experienced pls do not buy from this store I beg you as when you buy and try to return it will cost £30 to go back to China it seems that’s were you send it back to take 6 wks to get a refund they no number to call in Amora London dont the that sell stuff unbelievable

One star rating is one star too many .I ordered several pairs of shoes . A variety of sizes delivered . Not one correct . Bad quality . This website is a scam .

Last April I bought a dress and shoes for £100 which was delivered very late with several serious consumer rights infringement because the dress looks like from a 'sweat shop' and the shoe size completly wrong. They sent me another pair of shoes but with the same Wrong Size! and no word on any refund for the dress. I feel they are scammers and I am reporting to the trading standards and court action.

This company is a joke. When they sent two pairs and f shoes instead of one I wanted to cancel the other pair. Sent them e mail but they said refuse to cancel. Now they shoes arrive. They are making it difficult to return. It will cost me more money and no guarantee of refund is I sent them back. I wish I did not buy from them. It a lesson. This company is to be avoided .

Attention, ce site est une grosse arnaque ! Les produits ne correspondent pas du tout aux images du site internet, c'est très bas de gamme, les tissus sont de mauvaise qualité et les finitions abominables, c'est importable et disproportionné par rapport au prix !
Et quand vous demandez le remboursement car non satisfaite, il faut renvoyer à vos frais le produit en Chine ! Fuyez absolument !

They are a bunch of Scammers, liars con artists. Their customer service is poor, they do not care about you. I was ever so disappointed when my wife's shoe's turned up. They arrived to us in a cheap carrier bag
They even had the cheek to put in one of the shoes with the heel unattached. Even temu presentation is way better than this lot
They sent us the wrong size and when we tried to reply , we were told they would get back in touch within 24hours . They have cost us more money. If I could give a rating it would it Definitely would be 0,0,0. They have ruined our day and expectations. This has taught us a valuable lesson. If you are buying anything from Amora do your research.

What went wrong ? well I ordered a pair of shoe form the 13th May 2026, on the 26th I received it in a plastic bag, did not even need to take out of plastic bag before I saw the damage, the heel of shoe broken off you could see the nails of shoe showing.
I send Amora on email, received a reply to say they would get intouch within 24hours, it been several days now, no reply, I even send another email still no reply from your company Amora.
I would be getting intouch with consumer service letting them know of how your company is cunning people out of there money with faulty goods.
I would rate your company less than one.
I would like my money back.

Shoes delivered look like size 3/4 maximum.... Size 6/39 ordered... will return & chase refund via credit card... should've looked at online accurate score. Certainly Do Not Recommend.

Ordered a blouse capri pant outfit,and it didn’t fit,and no labels on either piece,and for $65 it will be going to ST.Vincent !Never been so disgusted!!The outfit was so cheaply made!!!

So dishonest. Trying to put me off returning product by stating I'd be paying international postage. Amora London! Duh!! Must think we are idiots. Then offering 10% back. I am going straight to my bank - scammers!

This is a scam. I ordered a Longchamp bag. I received a basic grey bag with plastic not leather details and no Longchamp logo

On the brink of buying what looked like a lovely pair of loafers. Just in time, I checked out reviews. Seems I saved myself a bad buy and bad experience, so thank you all you great reviewers!!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The quality is absolutely terrible. They feel like cardboard and they are the wrong size. I have asked for a full refund. This company should be investigated by Trading Standards. DONT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY
