How we look after you
Our care packs are applied to every vehicle sale and is designed specifically for your convenience, peace of mind and represents great value.
All of our used vans benefit from a thorough pre-delivery inspection and our refurbishment programme. We pride ourselves on our first-class vehicle preparation. Consequently, if we have missed something we want to pay for it, not you! After the first 3000 miles or 3 months (whichever is sooner) our return-to-base cover expires. but you can upgrade to an excellent 15 or 36-month renewable guarantee for just a few pounds a week.

Great experience from browse to purchase!
We were looking for a solid, honest used van as the starting point for a camper conversion, and having lived locally most of my life, Anchor Vans was the obvious first stop. Their range is huge, which meant we could wander around and get a real feel for what might work for us from all van manufacturers and sizes.
The whole team were friendly and welcoming, Chris looked after us from start to finish. The first van we looked at wasn't quite what we were looking for, but the experience with the team had already won us over, so we stayed and looked at other options in stock.
Chris was happy to leave the van unlocked so we could sit in it, take our time, and picture where everything might go. For a decision this size, that kind of patience matters. Never pushy, always honest.
Anchor Vans is well-established but still feels like a family business in the best way. Once we made our decision, the team got the van prepared quickly and the whole process felt well-supported at every step.
We're really happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and the team. We look forward to dropping the van back for its MOT and services, catching up with Chris, and sharing our conversion progress and adventures.

What a wonderful experience we have had today at anchor vans. We came up from almost 2 hours away, and Chris was very welcoming from the start. He was so explanatory about the van. Was very thorough with explaining the process and also the warranty options and care packages also.
I wish we were closer to come back here regularly for services etc, as the environment and compassionate staff are brilliant.
I would not hesitate to recommend Anchor Vans and Chris to anyone! When we need another van, we will definitely be back.
