Initially I was pleased by the amount of stock they had available and felt confident buying a Transit Custom from them. However, problems started very quickly after the sale.
Oil was leaking badly from the engine due to a loose filter, and the van was missing a fuse box cover that I eventually had to replace myself after several failed attempts to resolve it through them.

Customer support became difficult once the sale was completed. The biggest disappointment was finding out the towing information I was given was inaccurate, which left me unknowingly driving outside the legal limit. I would strongly recommend double-checking every detail before committing.

Chris was great. Very helpful and made the whole process easy and clear to understand.

Best experience ive ever had when buying, absolutely faultless. Calvin went above and beyond to make my new van purchase enjoyable, such a nice genuine guy. Because of Calvin I will be sticking with Anchor Vans for all future work, mots and van purchases. Finally somewhere i can trust

Great service from start to finish

The overall experience left me frustrated due to unclear communication during the purchase process. I was expecting paperwork to finalize the deal, but the vehicle was sold before I received any updates. Some parts of the after-sales information also seemed inconsistent. Thankfully, I later found another dealership that provided a smoother and more transparent experience.

Chris was great in all aspects of supporting us in buying a new van. Professional, warm and just great to deal with.

This my second time purchasing from anchor vans, Kane is outstanding goes above and beyond to make it happen! Delivered on his word didnt even go and view the van got delivered to me exactly as pictures.seb made this all happen so I could continue with my work!

I was wary of buying from a dealership but saw the reviews (good) and decided to check them out. Matthew was very helpful and patient with my 100s of questions. I’m really pleased with my van. Hopefully the extended warranty they sold me (arranged via Autoguard) stacks up as this was a key part of the reassurance around buying a better spec (and therefore pricier) van. Highlight of the sale was John (delivery). Such a nice guy and even crawled on the floor to demonstrate getting the towbar on and off. Bearing in mind John is in his 70s I was impressed! I’d have given 5 stars but the only negative was the paint touch up on the wheel wasn’t as good as mobile paint repairers I’ve used in the past for small stratches etc (looked more like it had been done with a touch up pen, not sprayed, which I could easily do myself). However Anchor did say I could bring it back in if I wanted.

Chris Rollason looked after us from the beginning. He was very helpful when trying to choose which vans would be best suited to our needs. We would definitely recommend Anchor Vans and we will be using them again.
