It's a complete scam. They sent a blatantly cheaper item than what was shown in their photos (with HUGE discrepancies, im not just picky). After, I confronted them with photos and they ignored my emails. But not after refusing to give me a refund for the item + shipping on the scam product.

Full scam... Didn't receive my item. They also are not refunding my money or replying to any of my e-mails.

i ordered something and they are refusing to refund me despite what is being said on their website that i should be able to get a full refund

The only negative is that you have to wait a long time for your orders, but that's totally okay, we're always talking about larger distances and a not so large group such as e.g. B.Amazon. Overall very lovely people and very efficient. My experience with their customer service has been fantastic. I get compliments all the time on my Krul Tepes cosplay I bought from their store.
