Wow what can I say from start to finish ALB were amazing, I ordered the stunning Cassini Calla Dress in Floral , when it came the dress is absolutely stunning , beautiful quality , extremely well made & overall just what i had in mind for my special occasion. The size was too small so I contacted via instagram message and someone came back immediately. Helped me navigate the very quick and easy return with the link they sent me & my next size up was with me within 3 days . No fuss , no worries, just quick and easy . The dress came & it fits perfectly, irs such a wonderful dress for that special occasion. I would recommend sizing up for this dress it will fit perfectly. Thank you for ALB keeping in contact making sure I received my dress and was happy. The best customer service I have ever encountered. I will 💯 be buying more beautiful items from ALB . Please don’t listen to the negative reviews , just have patience, I literally had what I wanted within a matter of a few days even with the exchange. Super quick and felt very looked after. Thank you ALB for making my first time shopping with you special .

Don’t do it. Chinese seller pretending to be the USA. Jeans arrived and cheap shiny polyester not denim. Have had to contact the bank. Total scam

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit ALB äusserst enttäuschend.

Aufgrund eines Fehlers auf der Website wurde eine falsche Bestellung ausgelöst. Obwohl ich den Fehler sofort gemeldet habe, konnte die Bestellung nicht mehr storniert werden. Dadurch musste ich sowohl die Zollkosten als auch den Rückversand selbst bezahlen.

Auch die zweite, korrekte Bestellung musste ich retournieren (die Grössen fallen sehr klein aus bei den Kleidern). Der Rücksendeprozess war bei beiden Paketen extrem mühsam: Das Rücksendeportal funktionierte nicht, und ich erhielt mehrfach Links, die das Problem nicht lösten. Auf meine E-Mails kamen überwiegend automatisierte Antworten über einen KI-Chatbot, ohne dass mein Anliegen tatsächlich geklärt wurde.

Bis heute warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung und werde immer wieder vertröstet.

Würde nie wieder dort bestellen!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Brought a dress for my mother in law for a wedding and unfortunately it didn’t fit so we returned it and ordered a new one. The second dress was lovely however what I thought would be a simple return has turned into a nightmare. I sent my order back on 24th May, the warehouse received the order on 28th May and still no refund. Despite messaging them multiple times I’m constantly told ‘my case had been referred and they will get back to me as soon as possible’ I do not believe they are trying to refund my dress and feel they just want my money. I’ve now waited nearly 7 weeks and still no sign on the money. I’ve had to open a case with my bank as I don’t believe I will get my money back otherwise. It’s so unfortunate as the dress was lovely but it’s not worth the risk of ordering and returning and then not getting your money back. The customer service is despicable, just avoid at all costs. Don’t believe the good reviews they are just celebrities that have been gifted.

Awful company that won’t answer emails and the returns portal does not work. Scam and money making in bad faith. I cannot get a response from customer service and likely will loose £179 because of this. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely shocking. Took 3 months for a refund. Which was then the wrong amount.
Numerous emails stating that they had made the refund , then no knowledge of the refund - not to mention the rude responses from customer services.
I have made a small claim against ALB LONDON HOLDINGS LTD / ANNE LOUISE DEMPSEY.
and they blocked me on socials so no one would know .

Do not buy from this company!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Scam of a company. It’s genuinely insulting they take influencers to big events yet rob people of their money and never send the order or refund them for it!

Long story short don’t pay extra for next day delivery, it will never be dispatched and you’ll never receive the order! You’ll also never be able to cancel the order after your event has passed and no longer need the dress because they use delay tactics saying they're ‘waiting on confirmation from their other team’.

Customer service is nonexistent too, which I assume is another tactic to stall for as long as possible to get away with unlawfully holding people’s money. When you do get a reply it feels like you’re chatting with AI… which I am 99% sure you are when speaking with their ‘customer service’. Completely useless and unhelpful.

Please don’t waste your hard earned money on these dresses, as beautiful as they may seem. I assumed they were a legitimate company as big retailers stock them. Don’t make the same mistake as me!

I returned two dresses worth a total of £324, and the items were received at their warehouse 34 days ago. Despite this, I am still waiting for my refund.

The customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I email, I either receive vague responses or no meaningful update at all. The correspondence has been shocking, and there seems to be no urgency in resolving what should be a straightforward refund.

Having to chase a refund for over a month on returned items is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering from this company, I’d think twice, especially if there’s any chance you’ll need to return something.

Based on my experience, I would not shop with Anne Louise Boutique again.

Terrible company who have unlawfully kept my money after I never received my order. They accepted this yet never issued me a refund. I have been forced to request a charge back through my bank. Nice dresses but would never buy from them again. Update - I have emailed again as suggested by the comment below but Anne Louise Boutique have still failed to resolve this matter. Subsequently they have also attempted to have my review removed. Says it all about what type of business they are.

Still no refund, this company has been Illegally withholding my money. I can’t figure out if it is incompetence or deliberate. Either way, there needs to be an investigation. I’ll be reporting to trading standards.

Item I ordered is fine. Why I gave 1 star is the constant barrage of emails to leave a review. You are literally doing my head in and as I result I will never order from your company again. Leave me alone!

My dress never came and they never refunded me, had to contact my bank

Returned an item, proof it was delivered to them and still nothing re. Refund.

I have been trying to return my dress since the 19th June and it’s now the 30th, I received it on the 17th and it is unworn, however the company said that I haven’t received it, then said that the returns portal isn’t working and then closed the chat, I have been back and forth and not impressed with the service at all which is such a shame, I still have the dress and still unable to return!

Terrible customer experience.
I placed an order for a dress on June 10 (Order #255811) for a wedding, and it has still never been delivered.
I have contacted customer service several times, but I have received no clear answers. All I get are what appear to be automated chatbot responses, with absolutely no useful information about the current status of my order, the name of the shipping carrier, or even a tracking link.
This is completely unacceptable. I was counting on this dress for the wedding, and I now have nothing to wear as planned because of your failure to deliver my order or provide any meaningful support.
I expect an immediate update on the status of my order. If you are unable to deliver it without further delay, I request a full refund immediately.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company if you need your item by a specific date.
I ordered my dress based on the dispatch dates clearly advertised on the website and paid for next day delivery, expecting it to arrive in time for my graduation. Despite spending nearly £300, my order was never dispatched within the stated timeframe, and I was repeatedly given generic responses from customer service rather than any meaningful updates.
I was assured that my order was being treated as "urgent", yet nothing changed. Days passed beyond the advertised dispatch date with no progress, no explanation, and no accountability. As a result, I was left without a dress for one of the biggest days of my life.
What has been most disappointing is not just the delay, but the complete lack of communication and transparency. Every email felt like a copy-and-paste response, and I had to escalate my concerns because I felt customer service had no intention of resolving the issue.
For a premium brand charging premium prices, I expected a premium level of service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company, particularly if your purchase is for an important event.

UPDATE - I had to contact my bank for a refund.. which ALB shockingly tried to dispute despite confirming my order was cancelled and no refund to be seen. Their customer service is an Ai bot with useless responses I even copied in the CEO and she couldn’t have cared less.

The only time i received a response is when I threatened legal action, to which they dropped the dispute with my bank and I was able to keep my money. However the email I received back from Anne herself proves she is a scam artist and has no interest in the customer too busy putting influencers in her items instead of PAYING customers.

She also tried to get my review taken down to which was unsuccessful as I have proof on all points I have stated .

Brought the white mini dress and it's absolutely stunning, the material is thick and well structured. Feel like I'm wearing a £500 dress. I wore the dress in dubai and leant it to my friend who lives out there and she was just as obsessed as I was, she has brought one for herself. Delivery was speedy and well packaged. A timeless dress that I will be wearing again and again
