Das erste man fährt richtig lange nach dem Landen zum Terminal. Noch schlimmer kommt es beim Gepäck. Wir warten schon seit 1 Stunde und unsere Gepäck ist immer noch nicht da. Es sind kaum Koffer auf dem Laufband.. so stellt man sich ein Urlaub nicht vor.

Frechheit dieses unqualifizierte Personal mehr muss man dazu eigentlich nicht sagen . Kein Wort deutsch einfach nur lächerlich . Sicherheits Bereich sind die schlimmsten nehmen die spritzen ab trotz Pässe und Ausweise die es nachweisen. Schämen sollten die sich

Absolutely diabolical experience!! I booked the assistance which they tried to turn me away for at first because I don’t require a wheelchair, my disability is mental not physical which they got annoyed over, I had no help what so ever. The security was shouting something in Turkish I kept asking what he was saying and then told him I’m English to which he tried you’re not in England I don’t need to speak in English which proves he was able to communicate with me but chose not too. The whole experience was sickening !! It had my 10 year old in daughter in tears and me left struggling even days later. Most diabolical experience ever !!! Not recommend at all. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful !!

Prima luchthaven hoor, schoon. Wel veel controle, schijnt ook nodig te zijn in deze tijd. Een tip, neem eten en kleine hoeveelheden drinken mee, wat door de controle mag. En BOYCOT de eet tenten. Reden welbekend lijkt me.

Horrible experience with this airport. I have a hidden disability, booked special assistance to be given no help at all through the airport. I had on my lanyard and access card showing the needs I have. Needed to use the disabled toilet, there was urine all over the floor, tried to report to staff member who ignored this and told me I was not disabled. Had to find another toilet. Again no special assistance given and they did not bother to call up for this at boarding. Got home feeling totally defeated and upset over the whole thing.

ive been reading a lot of the reviews about this airport and most are spot on one of the worst airports ive ever been to , id been warned but it was worse than we had imagined - check after check with security then bought a coffee and was overcharged and when i complained they pretended not to understand me , yet the pricing was clearly advertised , then guess what -another security check at the gate which was completely random on who was picked but a pointless waist of time , very intrusive and disrespectful experience upsetting to most in this queue , people in tears with frustration then people arriving late were ushered through with no checks made as they had spent so long on everyone else , also once in this gated area you cant then go to the toilet or you have to go through last process again ! poor communication from staff would expect better than this from such a big airport, this is no way to treat people and ruined a decent stay in a lovely hotel i will never return to Turkey due to this airport experience !

Lage Laufwege. Doppelte Scanning-Kontrollen, die Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Diverse Passagiere vorm Bording mit eigenen Getränken (ua.kalter Kaffee in 500ml Wasserflasche) gesehen. Dabei stehen vor dem 2. Scan Abfallbehälter mit Erklärungsbildern. Heller Flughafen ist leicht zu erreichen.

I flew with Sunexpress on April 19th from Leeds to Antalya with a wheelchair user, my 42-year-old son. The flight crew was very helpful and caring, but the horror began when the attendants arrived. They didn't know how to seat my son in his special airplane seat, and when I tried to tell him he had to be strapped in tightly, they tried to ignore me. The flight attendant explained that he had to be strapped in. The attendant, who was supposed to be with me until the airport exit, left me on the first floor after check-in. I had no idea where to go, and I couldn't see the baggage carousel from our flight. Then suddenly another person from the same attendant appeared, showed me my luggage, and left. I had to push the wheelchair and carry a 20kg bag without assistance. Turkish airport staff are a joke. People like that shouldn't be working with disabled people.

Rip off experience. Food and beverage is grossly overpriced. No option to fill own water bottles. Poor options for sandwiches to buy for flights. Limited seating areas away from restaurants. Thai massage being offered to everyone passing the booth was very tacky.

Dafür, dass dieses Land sehr stolz drauf ist, alle Menschen mit Wasser kostenfrei zu versorgen, gab es hinter den Kontrollen keinen Wasserspender, dafür Getränke zu völlig überteuerten Preisen. Außerdem musste man im duty free Bereich durch den Bereich mit den alkoholischen Getränken gehen, was einfach nur eine Unverschämtheit ist.
Die Preise für Snack waren völlig überteuert.
Dieses Land verabschiedet sich mit einem unheimlich schlechten Image.

Waren gute vier Stunden im Flughafen
Sind um 14 Uhr angekommen und nach 18 Uhr abgeflogen.
Der Aufenthalt war schrecklich Gastronomie Wucher Teuer ( in Düsseldorf Flughafen bekommt man ein Getränk für 3Euro)aber in der langen Zeit muss man ja mal trinken.
Die Luft war mega schlecht hatte Kopfschmerzen aber es gab ja keine Möglichkeit auf ein bisschen Luft außer dem "Raucherkäfig" was bald noch schlimmer war. Alles in allem waren wir anschließend fix und fertig.

Die Polizei am Flughafen ist respektlos und gemeingefährlich! Wir wurden dort wegen meines angeblich ungültigen Personalausweises, der in Deutschland überall durch die Kontrolle ging "gefangen genommen", unsere Zellnachbarn waren zum Teil mit Kindern seit zwei Tagen dort! Ihnen wurde seit Tagen versprochen, dass sie am nächsten Tag mit einem Rückflug aus dem Land rechnen können. In den Zellen gab es weder Fenster noch adäquate Belüftung, kein Wasser und abgeklebte Türgriffe! Wir alle hatten extreme Angst vor der sehr aggressiven Art der Polizei. Zusätzlich hatten wir alle persönlichen Gegenstände abgenommen bekommen, sodass erstmal keiner wissen konnte wo wir sind. Das Ganze ist menschenunwürdig abgelaufen! Obendrein kam uns bei der "Entlassung" ein stark lädierter Mann entgegen. Im Nachgang haben wir noch einige Berichte dieser Art via Medien verfolgt. Wir können jedem von einer Anreise dorthin abraten!

Security was amazing at finding my lost ipad. They have tremendously improved the airport and love the new airport.

expected much more from Antalya Airport. It looks modern, but the organization leaves a lot to be desired. The queues at passport control were very long, and the process was slow.

Navigation inside the airport is not very convenient — the signs are not always clear, so I had to spend extra time finding the right gate. Prices in cafes and shops are also quite high.

On the positive side, the airport is fairly clean, and the staff are generally polite.

I travel a lot this is so bad its laughable. Duty free dearer than waitrose in uk. Food 15euro for sandwich. No water fountain. Total carp.

Problems for passengers needing wheelchair assistance.
Our travel time to airport was just under an hour. On arrival you need to use the red telephone which is clearly signposted and you have to pick up the phone and ask for a wheelchair and usually give them your flight number. We had to wait just over 50 minutes before someone came. However, there are no toilet facilities in this area and you can only use the toilets once you are past the security checks. This was extremely inconvenient for me and I asked one of the staff if I could nip through and the answer was a firm no you have to wait. I do have a medical problem and this was quite embarrassing but eventually we got through and went immediately to the toilets the person helping my husband in the wheelchair was very helpful in this matter. So please be warned.
The airport should really provide toilet facilities before entering security as many passengers have travelled a long distance.
Incidentally, there were quite a number of people waiting for wheelchair assistance so when ours eventually came I told them there were another four people waiting. This facility is very badly managed and needs to be improved.

Lüftungsanlage funktioniert nicht stickig und sehr wenig Sitzgelegenheiten

SEE BELOW – I made a valid complaint here on Trustpilot - As you will see Antalya Airport did at least have the courtesy to reply HOWEVER, as you will also see if you scroll down through all the other complaints they PALM YOU OFF with the same copy and pasted reply to everyone. In their reply they say they value our feedback - They go on to give an email address if we wish to expand your complaint.
I have sent them TWO emails, one before Christmas, the other after and have heard NOTHING!!!! - In my opinion this show they do not take complaints seriously and in essence treat travellers with CONTEMPT!!

I agree with all, the other reviews, this airport is the worst ever! We had to walk miles( and i mean miles) to check in at desk 580. My disabled husband collasped onto the luggage trolley he couldnt walk any further. We did get a wheelchair and a very helpful assistant. But by then the stress levels where sky high!
15 euro for a sandwhich … After a lovely relaxing holiday not what you needed. We will unfortunaley not be coming back.
The staff even go around on motorized scooters as everything is so far. Flight went from gate 215 yes that is how big it is ! Not thought about us poor paying cutomers.
