No option to just replace items
I have used this service before and was replacing my travel medication pack as it was looking bad after 18 months of extensive air travel.
The product is good but the website lets things down. It did not show my previous purchases, so I didn’t have an opportunity to just replenish what I actually needed to replace.

205412 Not cancelling my order. Won’t answer my emails, messages or even answer the phone. Just looked at the product and it only costa £40 and they charged me £68. Fuming dont trust them!!did not offer refund! Didn’t even email or call back

Your prescription was issued shortly after your order on 24 February and dispatched the same day, which meant it could not be cancelled at that stage. We have since offered a full refund upon return of the medication and have provided return details to help resolve this for you.

I ordered the product, which was an easy task. I was kept informed of the progress and it was delivered within 48 hours as promised.

Item missing from my order
Item missing from my order. Sent 2 emails and have still not had any reply from them several days later. I dont have the item paid fro and have not had a refund or any communication to let me know if this item will be sent seperately? Rubbish.
