Apprentus helped me to find the way and the teacher to learn French. I'm really happy to have lessons online each Monday, I found it super useful.

I have been teaching on Apprentus for years now, and as a European citizen I find this to be the best online platform for a tutor. I have recommend it to many people already and will continue to do so. I just wish it would have more grip over potential student to increase the number of requests.

I didn't think about it, but I have indeed been with Apprentus for 6 years. This proves that I feel good with your organization and am always looking forward to new assignments. I find it enriching to be in contact with so many cultures and I myself also learn a lot from my foreign-speaking students. I really value your appreciation, which can only encourage me to keep teaching for as long as possible.

As a teacher I love working with Apprentus. You can set your own rate which gives you a lot of freedom. Also there is a fair cancellation policy and payment is always prompt. My only criticism would be that the website can be a bit unclear sometimes. For example, I am used to asking my students for a review after they finished the course, but I can't find a link for this to send to them.

Très satisfaite d'utiliser Apprentus comme plate-forme en tant que professeur dans l'ensemble. En revanche, elle mériterait d'être améliorée sur deux points: afficher les prix que paient l'élève AVEC les prix dégressifs dans les packs de 5 et 10 cours ET la possibilité de joindre une personne d'Apprentus par téléphone. Je suis en effet prise au dépourvu quand les élèves demandent mes tarifs avec des formules de 5-10 leçons et qu'il m'est impossible de leur répondre, car je n'y ai pas accès. Pour le téléphone, c'est IMPORTANT d'avoir un numéro de téléphone clairement indiqué sur le site sur lequel joindre une personne en plus d'un contact mail. Toutes les entreprises ont des numéros de téléphone pour appeler directement et discuter DE VIVE VOIX en cas de nécessité. Ce serait un bon investissement plutôt que d'avoir uniquement un formulaire de contact.

Apprentus is a truly amazing platform for freelance teachers like me. Clients can find my services easily and book me securely. I am not scared about not getting paid, as Apprentus’ system of payment is secure- even with last minute cancellations of clients.

This platform really offers motivated students. As a trainer I really appreciate the easy to handle platform for booking new lessons for payment service as I do not need to discuss course fees and payment options with each participant. I can highly recommend apprentus.

+ plateforme bien organisée,
+ personnel très aimable,
+ règlent régulièrement,
+ service par messagerie très aimable,
- service téléphonique TRES LENT à réagir, d'autant que lorsque l'on a une urgence, ceci peut amener des problèmes...
- service client par messagerie INEGAL, très aimable, quelquefois clair et efficace et dernièrement, un interlocuteur se permettant de faire des remarques par écrit inappropriées. C'est la première fois.
--- A ETUDIER : AU SUJET DES ANNULATIONS, l'élève peut réserver d'un jour pour le lendemain avec, en cas d'annulation, une petite pénalité. MAIS, s'il souhaite prendre un cours quotidien pendant un mois mais qu'il n'y a aucune obligation d'engagement, il peut annuler à tout moment le mois demandé ( ce qui est différent dans les écoles classiques) sans payer au professeur le mois demandé (dans les écoles, on paie avant). Cela vient de m'arriver avec un élève et je précise qu'il était très content de mes cours et très assidu. RESULTAT : si je refuse d'autres élèves, je les perds. Si je parcours 700 km pour revenir donner un cours le surlendemain et que la personne annule (cela m'est arrivé, mon père étant mourant !), je perds mon temps et des moments précieux.

I had a disappointing experience with Apprentus. I initially purchased a package of 10 lessons with the assurance that I could receive a full refund for any unused lessons without any additional conditions. However, when I decided to cancel and request a refund for 9 unused lessons, I was informed of additional conditions that were never disclosed at the time of purchase. This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation.

Moreover, despite several attempts to resolve the issue directly with Apprentus, they refused to honor the original agreement. I even tried to obtain the transcript of our conversations by using the "email transcripts of the chat" feature, but it never worked. When I inquired about it, the representative informed me that this feature is not implemented.

This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected transparency and integrity from a service like Apprentus, but unfortunately, they did not meet those expectations. I hope they address these issues to improve their customer service and avoid misleading future customers.

Great website to find more pupils for my Music lessons.

My experience with Apprentus has been very very good. The platform has helped me extend my teaching services to countries I never thought I could reach. Over the past two years, Apprentus has been very supportive in providing me with insights on how to teach my subjects better to international students. This has ultimately made me a great educator. I have met students and parents from many different countries with different social and cultural backgrounds. This has enriched my teaching career. Apprentus is not just a Teacher - student platform, it's home for me.
What makes Apprentus great is that it's very trustworthy. They have a proper payment system where a student pays for the lessons before they are taught. The money is held by Apprentus and only released to a teacher after after the lesson has been taught and confirmation from both ends has been done. This creates trust between the teacher and the student.
As a teacher, I am assured that I will be paid as long as I do the lesson. Before Apprentus, I had some experience whereby I teach and the student and their parents disappear without paying.
All this changed when I subscribed to Apprentus website.
I would encourage more parents and students from all over the world to use Apprentus for all your tutoring or even full time schooling. Apprentus has the best qualified and experienced teachers like myself from all over the world.

Apprentus is a great plateform. They always pay on time. The interface is great and all the system well designed. I am not fond of the cancelation policy (to flexible) but that's the only negative point.

I have been working with the Appretus platform for 7 years now and my experience is undoubtedly good. It is safe and efficient for both students and teachers. Without a doubt, if you are a freelance teacher I recommend its use.
