I paid for the first 5 lesson under the promise that I wouldnt be charged the subscription fee and that I would get my money back if I dindt like the lessons or if something went wrong.

What they dont mention is that the money will be give back in credits on the platform and that they will deduct the subscription fee for any amount left.

My teacher moved to another country, a last minute decision according to her, and when I tried to get a refund of the remaining balance they refuse to pay the full amount.

BS. This website is a scam, and misleads people.

I gave my first lesson and did not receive any money! It's just theft.

As a teacher, I chose to work through apprentus for the safety it provides to me when a new student reaches out, and the rules are very clear if you spent the time to actually read them. I am a professional teacher so I know what applies, and I find it fair. I do have a small issue with the messaging, through. The messages take a long time to come, and then I reply immediately but it seems my messages take long too. Meanwhile the student might change their mind or find another teacher, which is really bad for me who does this full time. Also, my profile shows a very slow response to messages, but that's inaccurate. The customer service from apprentus is always good, but also takes a bit of time as well. Overall, I wish that this site expands more and solves these issues and it should be the best experience for both teachers and students.

Poor user unfriendly website.

This website does not work as expected, appointments disappear randomly, although they were confirmed minutes ago, rendering in a situation where no one knows (teacher & student) when the next lesson takes place.

Next is the poor navigation in the whole website.
All information of importance should be centered in one location, that's not the case.

Although it looks tempting at first glance, in practice it's a poorly executed platform.

They asked me if I wanted to teach for them and told me it was "completely free" for teachers. After a long search I found that students have to pay a commission, but they didn't want to tell me how that worked, so they are lying: they take some unknown part of the students money, which is the same as a commission for the teacher. I read here that they also charge a "membership fee" without saying that in advance. If they wanted to be transparent, they could say "We charge 10%, or we charge a monthly fee of..." or something like that, but they have no transparency at all and I absolutely don't like that.

What a lousy and expensive experience. Booked a package of 5 piano lessons and faced poor communication from the teacher, starting with incorrect address for the location of the lesson, and surprise cancellation charges when I asked to reschedule a lesson time. On top of this zero support from Apprentus. The teacher can apparently make up their own charges, and no where in the booking process does Apprentus make these charges clear. So I have ended up paying Euro 110 for one very mediocre lesson.

I used the website for the first time and booked a piano lesson. The teacher never arrived. She has now even deleted her profile page. Not even sure if this is a genuine company.

I am very happy and feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to have drawing lessons through your very efficient company by Sahand Saher from Bruxelles.
I am learning so much of technic and at the same time I enjoy the ability to express my personal perspective. Sahand has a unique talent to teach in a pleasant manner, yet very precise and at the highest level. Each lesson is a great elevation for me. I have improved my skills and abilities a great deal and cannot wait for the next lesson to come.

Je suis un formateur chez Apprentus depuis trois ans, je déclare que c'est la deuxième fois qu'ils m'ont pas payé pour mes cours a temps la dernière fois ça été avec un retard de deux mois, en m'accusant que j'ai déjà reçue le paiement, même si j'ai envoyé mes relevés bancaires comme justificatif mais jusqu'à maintenant il ya toujours rien environ un mois de retard pour une somme de 250€.
C'est tellement frustrant :( , comme ça je perds vraiment trop d'énergie pour rien.

Just really bad..instead of just saying they don't have time the teacher(teacher?)can't make it.... passed the contact to another, who is interested but late than she passed to another than another... The same story.. without any real intention of giving any lessons.... I saw it immediately but I wanted to see for how long will they persist and they wont stop, like a small children

J 'ai fait une résa, j'ai payé .... et pas de réponses.... pour l instant, pas vraiment satisfaite d'avoir dépensé 105 euros... pour rien ?

enkele dagen geleden stelde ik mijn probleem voor aan een desbetreffende potentiële leraar, het gaat hier over digitale muziekproduktie,maar ik zit nog steeds te wachten op een antwoord, indien de boodschap is aangekomen kan ik enkel een "0" als appreciatie aan Apprentus geven
en anders is het een abuis dat niet juist was!
Het gaat over een leraar woonachtig in Adinkerke,

Very happy with my experience with Apprentus. Having had poor service from another provider, it was a pleasant relief to deal with a more honest and transparent company. The website was slightly confusing, but the charges are reasonable.

Beatriz is enthousiast en geduldig. Ze geeft les met veel passie.

The customer service is very good but I dislike that I have to pay for several classes all at once.

Nice app. Helpful and easy to use.
