SLOW, SLOW, SLOW
This company may be a pound or so cheaper than others but if you need your goods within a couple of days, don't bother. I placed my order on Monday morning and also paid £4-99 postage and packing. Although the goods were in stock they couldn't be bothered to send my goods out until Thursday afternoon and when they did the four items I ordered were stuffed into one Jiffy bag and the postage was £2-65. Won't be using them again.

The only thing that they could change is to have a link to offer an option for shipping,so if the customer would rather use Royal Mail over DSL they could do so.

Had what I wanted at a price I could afford
I have always had excellent service from Aquatics Online and this order was no exception. Going through the site I could see that they had what I wanted at a price I could afford and that they were less expensive than my local aquatics retailer. The order arrived in good time, in fact the day before I really needed it, so a great delivery service as well.

Reliable service, good range of stock
Good range of spares for Eheim pumps and fairly easy to find them on the website. Good range overall and prces are reasonable. Delivery was good for the option I picked (standard delivery by Royal Mail).

Excellent Treatment
Aquatics Online are a very responsive company. Their website was easy to navigate to get to the products I wanted. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was quick.
I've still to determine whether the pond treatments I ordered work or not. That could impact the star rating I've given.

Good Prices, good service, highly recommended
aquatics online prices for Fish food (my main items in this purchase) were excellent. The communication over the order (processing then despatch) was great, delivery by parcel force. i would have no hesitation in recommending them
