bought a small item which cost .70p to send In small padded envelope and was charged £4 + .not impressed, received emails but nothing positive was done,.....

Good deal, possible to offer a great deal agains cheaper competitors, however the communication agains the sales email can take a couple of days.

Could not have asked for better service, I emailed them to ask a question and the reply came really quickly and was incredibly helpful!

The fish bowl I ordered is of a high quality!

I found the web site easy to navigate and the items arrived well wrapped up and undamaged very promptly. The prices was very competitive though I did manage to spend over £50.00 to avoid postage

I bought two condensation trays for my old 4ft tank. They fit really well (after trimming for filter wires leaving the tank etc) and are strong, not bendy like the thinner (cheaper) type. I feel I received good service from you, the items were extremely well wrapped and I am pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from you again in the future and would recommend.

As I written early I have some issues with this seller....to day David spoke to me and explain the situations.....I realise that is not David's problem...staff didn't handle the shop in the absence of David. David , I hope you will get a some good staff ,who can handle the shop properly ....ex specially this time....any way David refund my money ....and apologise for my inconvenience....I will consider this seller in future ..thanks David .....

After contact from David at aquatics on line and hearing the reason for the excessive post and packing charges and his assurances they will assess how they apply charges to very small items I am happy to upgrade my original rating from 2 to 4 stars

We'd looked all over for two 6ft bulbs for our marine tank and were delighted to find them on this website for so cheap! However, the following day or two we were contacted to say the remaining bulbs were broken and they would not be ordering anymore in. We got a full refund which was great but just a little disappointing because we could really have done with the bulbs!

This is the second time I have used the company, they have a decent website, very quick despatch and used a carrier that delivers efficiently to highland Scotland with no additional postage charges so I'm happy. They will get my next order without any doubt.

I ordered two items, the first of which was dispatched in about a week, the other one still waiting. No communication to tell me of delays, probably won't use aquatics online again, despite their good list of stock.

Had a call from David at the company to explain the situation and apologise for the delay. Great customer service and personal touch - much appreciated.

I needed gravel for a new tank and found Aquatics Online to be the cheapest anywhere even when compared with sites offering free postage.
