Customer Service satisfaction
Arcanu supplied me with thermostat two years ago. Last week I sent an email informing them it had stopped working which prompted an extremely quick response and I received a new thermostat the next morning. Most impressed and I have no hesitation in recommending this Company for their high level of customer service.

they got it right on both counts
They delivered early which takes the hassle out of job scheduling...well done. Offered a quality alternative to a higher priced mainstream brand.

Couldn’t ask for a better service!
My expansion vessel failed on a Wednesday and I managed to order a replacement through Arcanu that afternoon and received delivery on the Thursday AM. They kept me informed all the way throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for a better service!
