Heath visited to conduct some repairs under warranty and to complete a service of our hot tub. Everything was explained well and a thorough check of the spa was completed.
Heath was very friendly, arrived on time and completed everything to a high standard leaving the place clean and tidy

Service was first class from start to finish always kept me up to date even when hot tub was installed wasn’t sure about chemicals but Adam talked me through it and helped me with any of my questions .

The no. 1 pump was taking a long time to start up and when running made a loud throbbing sound. Heath, from Arctic Spas showed up on time at 8:30am and quickly determined a new pump was needed. Our spa is sunk into the ground and access is difficult. However, Heath was able to get the old pump out and get the replacement in and checked out withing an hour and a half. He cleaned up after himself and the left the room as he found it.

Heath made all of the problems go away! He had a fair bit to put right but Heath was professional, knowledgable and friendly! 5 stars.

Hot tub service and fault remedy: organising the appointment was really easy with excellent communication. Kieran serviced our hot tub. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything really clearly with the fault and gave us options for repair. He is very thorough, tidy and considerate. The work was to a very high standard and the fault repaired the same day. Highly recommend.

I wanted to get my old hot tub up and running again. I went to the Melbicks store and met Gareth who was incredibly helpful and booked a service for me.

On the day of my service the engineer was amazing. Called me before to tell me what time he was arriving. Gave me great advice on how to look after my spa and was so friendly, his customer service was excellent and a credit to your company. Thank you Kieran for leaving us with a hot tub as good as new.

Just had Kieran from Arctic spa round to give a full service on my 15 year old fox spa he was polite respectful very tidy and thorough with his work explained to me what needed to be done in the service changed the filter fixed a small leak highly recommend getting a service as it shows 15 years old and still looks new

His knowledge of spa systems is second to none it’s clear he knows these machines inside and out.

What we really appreciate is how thorough and clear he is. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and never rushes a job. He keeps everything running smoothly and helps us understand how to get the most out of our spa. He’s also easy to deal with — always punctual, polite, and respectful of our space.

Heath and Sam installed our hot tub yesterday and both guys worked really hard. They were both extremely polite and very respectful. It was a difficult job at first getting the hot tub in and I would recommend that a site visit is made by Arctic first. Many people may be ordering their first hot tub as we were and a site visit may have sorted many of these issues prior to delivery. But thanks to the hard work and efforts of Heath, Sam and Badger the crane driver we managed to get it in. Thanks again to all and loving the Hot Tub
