Great value. Fast delivery

I buy artificial grass from here all the time for my clients. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The quality is unmatched

I’ve purchased artificial grass from this company twice now after moving house, and both times the experience has been excellent. The quality of the grass is spot on, and the service is even better. I really like the live delivery tracker too, it makes planning the day so much easier.

The aftersales support has been brilliant as well. I had a few questions and on both occasions Colin and Angela were more than happy to help.

Thanks again for the great service!

I was really unsure how much grass to order so I rang and they were so helpful. They told me exactly how much I needed to order and what accessories I’d need too. I can’t recommend them enough!

Ordered some artificial grass from this company very pleased with the quality looks great in my garden
Would definitely recommend

Bought artificial grass for my garden, arrived quickly and was well priced!

Great Grass. Great Service

Tried calling several times but line just constant beep beep beep beep maybe engaged but not helpful when you require information regarding product delivery and this happens on all three call options

We brought some artificial grass and accessories from here as their prices and delivery costs was much better than other companies.
The after service was amazing, I sent some questions via online chat and this was answered in a timely manner and very helpful and as agreed, I was sent an sms to update me on my delivery day and time and this arrived very promptly in the exact time slot given and only took 3 working days to arrive.
The grass is off a very good quality and the finish is very nice.
Would highly recommend!!

I was worried to order from this company for the first time after looking at the bad reviews, but I needn’t of worried. My experience with them can’t be faulted! I ordered on the Monday and the artificial grass was delivered on the Wednesday! I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived, and I was kept up to date with text messages about my order and I could track the delivery truck on the day. It was better than I had ever expected and the grass is amazing. I am so happy with my whole experience from this company and would definitely recommend them!

Bought artificial grass, delivered within 5 days. Great communication and service. Highly recommend.

Have used this company twice and both times great customer service and items. Wish more places where this hassle free!

Being 408 miles from Preston I texted Artificial Grass Direct to see whether they would deliver to the North Highlands of Scotland. This was Sunday afternoon and I got an immediate reply saying yes. I then got a call on the Monday to advise that they could deliver to me on Tuesday. I am now in possession of 48 composite decking boards. What a fantastic service. I have purchased these products before and they are excellent quality and good value and for £19.99 delivery to a remote part of Scotland is a bargain. Thanks to Colin, Angela and Peter. Much appreciated.
