I had a good experience with Asbestos…
I had a good experience with Asbestos Sampling. The process was straightforward, and the results were delivered quickly via email. Instructions were simple to follow, and the provided Health & Safety information was clear. While there was a minor issue with shipping, the service overall was efficient and professional. Would recommend!

Not fast service.. They want you to believe that royal mail is delaying all their parcels but I doubt that's the case.

There was no return envelope in the kit…
There was no return envelope in the kit which caused me a lot of trouble as I couldn't get information on where to send it to. I'd booked fast track and quicker postage as I needed results quickly so this was a problem.

Things were dealt with in a positive and friendly manner. Unfortunately due to an estate agents incompetence the sample parcel had to be returned to the company.
The money was refunded without any sort of hassle or drama. Customer services were great, very understanding and helpful,
Definitely a company worth a mention.
