Stock item…17 week for delivery?
Made an online purchase for an item which said was in stock, however a few days later was informed delivery time was 17 weeks. Asked for refund a week ago and still waiting for my payment to be returned.

My Church was looking for some replacement glass Cona Coffee jugs for our coffee machines. I was recommended to Ascot Wholesale. The site was excellent and very easy to navigate and use. Descriptions , photos and prices were very clear. The ordering and paying process was simple and easy to understand. The products arrived very promptly , well packaged and were exactly as ordered. Very impressed.

Useless
Useless I placed a order and sent a email when delivery date went by to be told they were out of stock. Ok so I asked for a refund told 3-5 days well it’s past 5 days still no refund looks like I’m having to chase them again

TWO price increases after payment taken
Rang to check price of goods and told I had to actually place the order online after they had confirmed the price. After placing the order and the money being taken from my account I received a call advising there had been a price increase which I reluctantly accepted, this was then followed by a further phonecall to tell me the price had increased even further at which point they gave me 2 options, 1. pay the increases or 2. cancel the order. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will never use this company again.

I called to ensure stock of wine glasses and expected delivery timeframes and received friendly, helpful service from a member of staff who said delivery would be 3 days - they arrived the next day - amazing service, well packed and no problems.

Exceptional
Was looking on the Internet for a decent looking vinegar bottle and came across Ascot which sells to the public as well as business. I purchased a vinegar bottle at a very reasonable price, but there was a blip on PayPal so I wasn't sure if my order had gone through. I emailed and got a reply almost immediately confirming my transaction. Within 72 hours my bottle arrived very well packed. It was gorgeous, high quality and looks great. In these days of poor customer service I was very impressed & delighted at the service and quality of the my purchase.

My bravilor flask was ordered on the 22 Feb.it arrived on 8th march. I thought this was a long
wait . it would have been more acceptable had i been notified that it was not in stock when i ordered. however i am very pleased with it and hope it will last a very very long time as the previous one i had did.

Out of stock not communicated
I placed an order and after a week of zero contact and no delivery I called to find out what was happening. Only to be told my order was out of stock and not available for a further two weeks. Pretty shoddy. I’ve left the second star because the customer services representative I called was helpful in resolving the situation.
