Ordered a Dualit toaster online, Dualit toaster not in stock. Got a message to say Dualit don’t have the toaster. Why advertise the toaster for sale in the first place?, just frustrating and a waste of time.

Still chasing Order!
Had to chase my order as no update/delivery after 5 days. Eventually got a reply advising half the order was out of stock and would not be delivered until end of September. Still waiting for the other half that apparently is in stock! Nearly 2 weeks now!

Zero customer service. I received the wrong quantity and received no response to several emails. Phones not answered. If you sell to the public, you need to provide some basic customer service.

Ordered from them four boxes of vegware…
Ordered from them four boxes of vegware bags paid via PayPal. First received the wrong goods they were quick to pick them up but my order supposedly was still with courier. Spoke to Sharon customer service assured delivery was on way but only half paid for full order so asked for a refund I have emailed telephoned and still nothing . Two boxes have turned up today but nothing from Ascot themselves I was a new customer not a good way to treat . Sound good on phone but customer service certainly lacks

Perfect Pour Teapots
Ordered two ‘perfect pour’ tea pots after using them in a cafe just recently. They weren’t the cheapest, but are definitely the best tea pots I’ve ever used and would definitely recommend them. They do exactly what it says in the title. Packaging great and postal tracking spot in. Will definitely buy from Ascot again…

Delivery information needs to be provided
Order placed and accepted but that is where the updates ended. No information on when the order will be delivered and by who. Asked for the shipment to be delayed a few days so that someone would be home to receive the shipment. After more than 1 week after order placed I chased delivery and was advised that the order was left in the warehouse and would have stayed there had I not chased delivery. The shipment finally arrived the following day after chasing. This merchant needs to grasp the notion that not every customer has continuously manned premises to receive deliveries whenever the merchant feels like delivering. After order acceptance advice needs to be provided when the order is to be delivered and by who

I have taken some time to look into this for you and have found that you asked for the order to be held in our warehouse for one week and then despatched the following week (commencing 26th July) which we were more than happy to do for you. Our records show that this was delivered and signed for at 12:30 today by APC, within the delivery timeframe that was requested.
