Hello, we are sorry that your order took so long to be delivered, delays are possible in the mail system, however our average delivery time to Canadian customers is 6.81 days, which is within the window we estimate that it can take (per our website and on your order we provided an estimate delivery time of 4-10 business days, while noting that some delays could be possible due to transit delays). Your order was placed on a Sunday (Sept 28), and shipped out by us on Monday Sept 29 (see http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM5453155365978891). The order was delivered in 11 business days (see http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?execution=e1s1). We are sorry for that slight transit delay, as mentioned above, the average across all our Canadian customers is 6.81 days (3rd party data from our shipping carriers so it is actual and objective). Promptly received the ink cartridges. Haven't needed to install any of them yet but expect that they will work. Price savings over local stores, even when including the shipping.

Quick and Friendly!
Received my correct order within days with no hassle or fuss.
Would have liked a more specific set of instructions regarding the cartridge I specified but the general notes were more than adequate regarding refills.
Will use them again.

Amazing Shipping Speed and Low Cost
I have been using them for the last 6 years. Never had a problem with the Non-Name brand Ink in my Epson Stylus Photo R200. Highly Recommend them to anyone with an inkjet printer.
