I have bought my ink cartridges from Atlanticinkjet for several years. Never a problem. Fast shipping, quality products and fair prices!
highly recommend.

The length of time to receive this shipment was disappointing, but shipment was in good order. I will install it when my present toner cartridge is empty.

I still didnt receive my order, 2 weeks later DHL seems to have transferred it to Canada Post. Canada Post didnt have it on hand. Nothing on the Canada post side

I've been using Atlantic Inkjet for years now, got no reason to look elsewhere.

I've ordered printer ink cartridges from Atlantic at least a couple times now, with little to no problems. I think one time something happened and I needed a refund, but they were able to take care of it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone if they wanted to buy printer supplies online. I only have one gripe: The last time I ordered anything from them, it took over a week to arrive. IMO that's a little bit long.

They sent me an email announcing a sale on toner. Took advantage of it and saved some money.

Had a slight problem with the delivery. Atlantic Ink Jet was quick to respond.

Turned out to be the USPS that screwed up. USPS never responded to my request for help. Fortunately the neighbor that did get my package brought it over to me.

So two thumbs up for Atlantic Ink. Two thumbs down for the USPS.

I called the sales associate who immediately took my multi-item order. Within a few days my material arrived in excellent condition. The associate even honored a discount notice sent to me by email.

My most recent order was handled as I've come to expect, flawlessly. I've been getting compatible ink cartridges for several Canon printers here for over 5 years. Never had any disappointment, Good people.

Lack of info on status of order, had to write 3 times to finally be advised that product was back ordered. Fast on being billed but slow in getting the product delivered....

I am missing TN360 Cartridge. order 653564.
I called in and i am still waiting to get my missing TN360.

I purchase re-manufactured cartridges for my out of warranty printers. They are promptly delivered, work well and at significant savings. When an occasional cartridge arrives with a defect, it is replaced without hassle and at no additional expense. I have recommended these products to others.

I find Atlantic Inks to have fast service, great quality ink and very reasonable prices. I sometimes refill my own Canon cartridges but they must be replaced anyway after a few uses. This will continue to be my site for inks and cartridges.

I made a mistake on my order (I ordered a color cartridge when I should have ordered a black one). When I contacted them it took a day for them to get back to me and I was told the cartridges were already shipped so I could not change the order. I was OK with this, but I didn't receive a notice until 2 days afterward stating they just had just shipped the order, so disappointed that they really could have changed the order, but didn't. In the meantime I had ordered another black cartridge.

Product arrived quickly and performed as expected.

After following your instructions to unplug printer, remove cartridges, plug in cartridges, turn on printer. did not work, then removing all cartridges again, then putting in one at a time also did not work. (error message on printer. I finally went to Wal-Mart (yuk) And bought HP cartridges so I could print a critical document. I will let you know how bad your service is when I try to return these useless cartridges..

surprised to have gotten 240 XL and 241 XL at this price-but you did offer a great discount with the small order- I don't use much so all my orders will be small- MY FIRST ORDER
