Sold me tickets to a theme park that was closed, then quickly added a message on the website after I complained. But even so, it is so tiny and miles below the book now button!

Been trying to get a refund for close to three weeks but they have been dragging their feet.

They may be the cheapest but they aren't a good company to deal with.

I should have read these reviews, but I was fooled by the 4.7 rating they display at the top of their website!

Super price to Disney paris including fast track.
Straight throgh at gates with scanned ticket on phone.
Scanned phone again at fast track machines ar the rides we wanted. Worked every time and scanned a 2nd tme if we wantrd to go on again.!
My daughter said its not school holidays, only a Monday, 25th November, won't need fast track but my god we did. We would have never got on the rides we wanted as queues at least 20 mins and so many things to do. You can't do it all in a day even with fast track.
Definitely use this site again. Saved as at least £80

Ordered 2 tickets for universal studios Hollywood. Tickets were emailed to me within 48 hours and used them yesterday with absolutely no problems at all. Would definitely use again.

we could not believe, that a fastpass was included in price. the actual fastpass service by disney land was not what we have expected, but it is not fault of the ticket provided.

we have received a pack with goodies but nothing we actually used. far more helpful would have been one of the leaflets available at the hotel and disney land entrance.

Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris and it was simple, quick to receive e-tickets and entering the park with them was a breeze. The price was amazing and with the fast pass included it made to day all the better.
Will definitely use them again.

Very disappointed. Booked tickets with Attractiontix through Easy Frundraising link with promise of a large donation to chosen charity.
Initially the donation was made then retracted. They obviously promise one thing until obtaining your money (£1,500) then go back on their word.
Very disappointing, especially as this was for charity.

I booked excursion trip for myself and family (3 adult and 2 children) for cable car round trip (mountain) at Cañadas del Teide Tenerife. The trip date was on 29 July 2019, but unfortunately my children became ill and wasn't able to travel I email the company and asked for other alternative but there wasn't any and tickets were non refundable. My hardworking £90 UK pounds wasted.

Absolutely fantastic. Saved us 50 euros on the ticket price plus we got 30 euros to spend. No hassle at all getting the tickets - they were emailed almost instantly.

Me and my kids were planning to go to Disneyland Paris so we booked everything and we bought tickets from attractiontix. We decided to go on the Friday but it was unfortunately raining so we called the company and asked them if we could go on Saturday they said we could but when we went to Disneyland the workers said we couldn’t use the tickets because they were only from Monday-Friday we had to spend two whole hours to explain to the cashier people that the lady we spoke to on the phone said we could use the tickets on Saturday. Since that day they haven’t given us a refund, they embarrassed us and scammed us! Me and my children were so dissapointed I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Bought some tickets for Legoland Dubai which were exactly 50% cheaper then normal price tickets. We were emailed the tickets maybe the following day. Printed them out and used them to get into the park no problems at all. They scanned our tickets and let us in. They did ask to see proof of age for my 2 and half year old and lucky I had a picture of his passport on my phone. I would definitely look for tickets again using this website.

Easy to use website, cheaper than the other websites I looked at. Booked Disneyland Paris tickets and received them via email instantly. Entering the park went smooth as well. Can highly recommend this website!

Fantastic service! Bought tickets for Disneyland Paris. Very good price and the inclusion of fast pass saved us lots of time in the park and meant we could do everything. Very easy to swap to tickets at the self service machine. Altogether, no complaints I’ll be booking again.

Booked with Attractiontix for many years and cannot fault the service we have received. Friendly staff, great deals and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone wishing to book tickets.
Took a lovely Royal Dolphin Catamaran cruise in Tenerife on our last booking with this company and everything from pick up right to the end of the tour was fabulous. We received a lovely meal on the boat and there were dolphins and Whales Swimming alongside our boat all the way to Los Gigantes. Our children loved this! We also booked Siam Park, and hired a Cabana. It was a perfect day from start to finish and Siam park was amazing for our whole family.

I booked to go watch KA with AttractionTix and what a show it was! The team they have are amazing and entertaining. From start to finish I was amazed.

I booked my tickets via an agent at AttractionTix and there customer service, again, from start to finish was superb! I will definitely be buying from them again!

Drayton Manor was a great day out for all the family. The queues were small and the children enjoyed the rides numerous times.

Ive used Attractiontix before always found it a good all round service. Did the LA Warner brothers studio backlot Tour this time on the advice of a friend. Really informative guides and a fun tour! the Batman car collection is kept here as well . Lots of sets to see indoor and outdoor sets well worth a visit

Have used attractiontix a few times, our last was a Marmaris boat trip and we never had any problems. Had a wonderful day with lunch for only £11pp. Tickets came instantly. Would 100% recommend.

I had booked a holiday for my daughter and boyfriend as a Xmas present to Barcelona and thought I'd get them a tour around the Nou Camp to go with it.

I booked the tour tickets from this company for £50 the pair and their website stated instant E-Tickets so I thought this would be ideal as I would have in time for Xmas.

When I purchased, a message stated that these "instant tickets"can take up to 48 hours to arrive I was disappointed so contacted the company who informed me that it would now be after Xmas before I got these.

I then contacted the company on the 4th January to state that these so called "instant tickets" had still not been received, only to be told that as I booked these tickets in my daughters name that they could not discuss with me but would chase up in the next 2-3 days.

So please beware when purchasing tickets from this company that what they state on their website is false, I have now requested a refund and will purchase elsewhere.

We ordered two Disneyland Paris tickets for the following day, and they arrived in our inbox almost immediately. Great! Then we got to the gate, and they wouldn't scan. The guy typed the numbers in manually, but nope. Please go to customer services. We waited there for about 15 minutes while the agent disappeared to fill out some paperwork, and finally came back with some new tickets. Apparently our information hadn't been sent to Disneyland. What use is it to receive tickets that are then maybe usable or not, with no way to tell? Two stars because we got in eventually, but I won't be buying from here again.

I will never use this company again. I ordered and paid for tickets at the beginning of August to use in Dubai at the end of September.
I had to repeatedly chase-up the tickets. I finally received e-tickets for one of the attractions but not the second, more expensive one. When I chased that up, I was told by one of the team that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment so I would be refunded the money.
I emailed back to that same team member that I was very disappointed as I had ordered over a month ago. I also went direct to the Dubai hotel where the restaurant is and, lo and behold, managed to book it myself!!
I emailed back to that same team member that I had managed to book it myself and his response to me and (I assume) his supervisor was:
" hes just tormenting me now as he has my email ?? :-( ".
To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. Not sure how three emails to challenge what was not true constitutes tormenting?
