DISCOUNT NOT HONORED
A "system glitch" offered a discount that your company did not honor. In the interest of good customer service, you should have given the discount.
I made a much smaller order than I had planned to and ordered products from a different company instead of Auraline.
My orders are small, so I know it probably doesn't make a difference to your bottom line, but this is something that will consistently make Auraline my last choice when I need to expand/sample.

I ordered the retractable eyebrow pencil. They’re highly pigmented with a smooth application. They’re also long-lasting without primer (which is a HUGE plus) and about 90% transfer-proof.
I love them!

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years. Ordering, Shipping, and overall products have been consistently to my satisfaction. I’m not currently using the logo printing service, however I plan to add that service once my volume increases.
