I had a meeting set up and the person didn’t hop on the call or send me a message. I reached out twice after that and still no respond. I did get my sample pack in timely order, but I wanted to speak with someone.

Thank you for your lovely message Lynn, we will always do our best to make our customers happy!
Great value overall
With few exceptions, Auraline offers high quality products that give good results. The only products I found ineffective were the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Great value overall.

When I saw the ad for this sample kit…
When I saw the ad for this sample kit considering it’s cheap price I would like to give it a try. After l received the kit, I tried some of the samples, unfortunately I got disappointed because the quality was not as good, lipgloss tasted bad. Then I saw some of the products were made in China. Honestly, I would never apply Chinese products on my skin and never recommend them to my friends and family.

Bad liquid lipstick formula
The formula the company has chosen for the Matt lipstick are very bad. They are too drying and create crack on the lips. I have worked with other companies that have better quality of Matt lipstick and auraline Matt lipstick quality is not at all good.
